Anyone still awaiting Assault token corrections?

I submitted a ticket back on 2/24 indicating I lost out on an assault token, then replied to the ticket again about a week later indicating that I got 2 standard tokens instead of assault tokens. Was curious if anyone else was still awaiting an adjustment from D3 customer service?

This is not a rip on customer service, just want to know if my situation is unique. Having worked in software, I know how CS works. But a lack of response is frustrating, none-the-less.

  • Going to give you a sad FYI that you won't get the assault token, given they're not available in the store now - at best they might give you a Hulk token instead, or in a super optimal, friendly case (which I haven't seen yet), a cover of your choice.
  • I'm still waiting and it's been over 2 weeks now. Haven't heard back from D3 for over a week. Typical. You should rip on their customer service; they deserve it.
  • Ripping on customer service isn't going to help the situation. But I'm curious - you got a response from D3? I didn't get any response other than the original automated email that they got the incident.

    Bugs happen, it's probably just going to be a Hawkeye anyways. If you take things less seriously you will live longer icon_e_smile.gif

    I wouldn't have even logged a ticket. If you were missing a specific cover that you competed for, that's different.

  • I sent in a ticket and received a reply on the Saturday before the event ended and have not heard back yet. I am not worried - IceIX said they are still working through the assault token tickets. I think they just don't have enough (if any) customer service employees to deal with large volumes of complaints.

    Oh crud, I forgot about this! ...I mean, it's not the highest thing on my list of irritations 'cause I only needed one token to push his black to 5, but... yeah, I wouldn't mind getting my 500 Iso-8 sooner rather than later.
  • I've been waiting since round 2 and 3 of ISO 8. I'm owed 5 assaults. I've put in 3 tickets and not a word. When it happened during round 1 I had a response and my tokens within 3 days

  • I never received my tokens either, I'm pretty fed up with the customer service in this game, it's beyond abysmal.

    Yup, D3 customer service didn't reply after the standard email response, and I've PMed D3PCS too but no reply as well. icon_e_sad.gif

    I'm still waiting on 4 tokens problems. Been two weeks.

    I called their CS yesterday and they were no help. I just filed a new ticket yesterday to see if I could get a response.

    Nothing yet.

  • I cringe every time i see something like this, I work in customer service myself and know that its not always easy but it really does sound like they need to hire some people.
    If they'd let me work from home and keep my current job i'd be all for it just to make sure that my fellow players were getting properly taken care of icon_e_confused.gif

    Same here, I have two Standard tokens sitting, waiting to be "fixed." Sent two tickets myself, and have only been replied back with the automated reply confirming receipt of my ticket. icon_rolleyes.gif
  • I sat on an erroneous standard token for close to 3 weeks after the simulator event, before I got tired of staring at it all the time.
  • Customer Service finally got back to me today and I received Heroic tokens in place of my missing Assault tokens. I took a long time, lots of emails, angry PM's, and whatnot.
