Anyone still awaiting Assault token corrections?

  • Customer Service finally got back to me today and I received Heroic tokens in place of my missing Assault tokens. I took a long time, lots of emails, angry PM's, and whatnot.

    For the record, I can understand you may be angry, but there should be no reason why you need to be angry at someone trying to help you. I am sure they are just doing their job and probably have hundreds of this exact issue with those same hundreds of people yelling at you all day. Its the reason why customer service is probably one of the worst possible jobs.

    A little politeness and thanks can go a long way into making someone's day better.
  • I was nothing but polite and friendly the first few weeks, after not getting a response for almost a month is when I started getting nastier. I am grateful they finally got back to me, I just wish the customer service would of been better, poor customer service can kill a game, no matter how good it is.
  • They finally sent the black Loki so I thought I'd post here to tell people to have hope.

    After sending X amount of polite emails and getting no response, people get frustrated, annoyed and pissed off. If you saw the pathetic response I got from customer service yesterday, which dates back to ticket opened on 2/14, and ignored more than half the questions I had, I don't think you'd be too happy. Their customer service needs lessons in actual customer service.
  • Oh, and I'm still waiting on my assault token. Contacted them on 2/22 about it and have sent several emails since. It's pretty pathetic at this point.
  • Did get 2 emails acknowledging that I sent in ticket, no tokens though ,,,,yet, lol.
  • Assuming you get the same treatment, you'll get 2x Heroic Tokens for however many event Tokens you are owed.
  • I am missing multiple tokens from this event also. When I originally sent my ticket in I got a reply in about 12 hours asking for the device I play on and have not heard back since then.
  • I'd be ashamed of myself bothering the devs for some measly tokens... Give it up guys.

    I had forgotten about that but I'm waiting too. They've handled all my other issues so quick it's hard for me to be upset. I can wait to sell those captain Americas and storms

  • I'm still waiting for tokens as well but luckily have done fairly well with tokens in the Hulk event so can't grumble too much.

    The odd thing about is that they acknowledged it was a known issue in one reply email. So the delay doesn't make sense. Unless they lost the data to verify people's claims. Which would be plain sad.
  • So at this point should I stop waiting/expecting to get my 5 assaults for the last iso8 event that was like a month ago?
  • It'll be a month since I first reported this issue to D3 and yes, I'm still waiting for what I earned.
