    I'm reaching a point where I need to be really careful with which 3* I give covers to.
    Thor is at 182 and I have to remember not to give him another cover yet. I'm trying to get Red Hulk up, but he's only level 174 and it's going to take a while.

    Then I have GSBW approaching the 183 mark who'd give me a Nick Fury cover I can't use. Punisher's at 180 ready to give me a useless Elektra cover unless I wait.

    Things are getting awkward.
    I really want to get Rulk up to fighting standard, but with PvE being so dry lately (CW event with little ISO, then Gauntlet which I couldn't be bothered with when the scaling was high and REALLY can't be bothered with now it's finally been fixed because the end reward isn't worth it for me), I'm more starved for ISO than ever. PvE is pretty much the only good source of ISO I have.
