Shorter event than Unstable Iso-8 but the progression award of 25 CP needs about 10,000 more points, what gives?0

Sub 1 Reinforcements:
There's something immensely satisfying about Ant-Man stealing threaten tiles. Now if I only had more than 1 blue cover for him...0 -

Back to the normal event progression milestones (pre recent tests) I presume. I actually liked the recent ISO 8 event - for me this was enjoyment and reward.
Juggernaut Heroic with old milestones - I'd rather sit on a spike.0 -
Anyone else finds the loaner node quite hard? I don't think I lost a loaner node in months, but with 2* Thor/Colossus/TA Hulk that actualy happened.0
-
Finding that 3* 2* works pretty well as a team. Mags collects purple, creates blue and red. QS blue causes bubbles / AOE and moves tiles. Mags uses blue to shake board if desired. Patch tanks yellow, green, red to give him lots of tiles for his red.0

This is the final node for this current set.
This is the high end of my available roster.
This is unplayable, especially when you have almost all of your roster restricted.

Yes. I figured out why people call Cho Totally Awful Hulk. He needs green. But his blue power takes green off the board, and gives you more blue. But you can't fire his black unless there is almost no blue on the board. The whole thing makes no sense. Whoever designed this character, I would like to try the mind altering drug please! It seems like they must be really good. And powerful, unlike ChoHulk.0 -
I hang out on the forums a bit, and I hang out with people in real life who play MPQ. If there is anything people hate more than facing a crazy high level Juggernaut, it's playing Heroic events. So someone somewhere decided "Hey, I got an idea. We could combine the two things that people hate the most! And then make them play that every month or so!" Le sigh.0

is that node the same level-wise for 2* players as well? cause if it is then good luck with that.
I'll prob go with the same team I've cleared nodes so far, and spam 's green/blue aoe all day long hoping I will down them before the thug manages to down me0 -
Am I missing something? The trivial nodes are starting at what I would expect in the tests of the new system but I thought this event wasn't included in the test. Normally the trivial nodes would be around the lvl 50 mark but I am seeing twice that.0

i think youre referring to the nodes on the main page. those are never trivial. you need to beat those to open up the actual sub which does have 3 trivial nodes ranging from lvl 35 to lvl 55.
the nodes on the main page for me are 150 to 160. and yes the first two against jugg can be a pain since the available characters are not stellar.0 -
The roster for this one is pretty bad. I did beat the last node, but wiped at least twice. Of course, I didn't get the command point. Not much desire to replay it. Haven't found much in the way of good teams, was trying Rags/mnMags/QS and making as many blue matches as possible, but it isn't great, especially with my builds.0

I don't think its unplayable, but it sure ain't grind-able. I don't mind Heroics, even enjoy them sometimes, but the rewards for this one aren't worth the effort, especially so soon after another one just a week ago. It's a good time to relax and get rid of the burnout before Duck Season.0

as funny as it sounds the team of starlord/quicksilver/rags is pretty darn good. three very medicore to worse characters on there own make a badass team.
save your red/blue. drop starlord yellow, pound away with 4 cost thunderclaps, drop a load of blue on the board triggering qs, then use 6 costs blues to heal rags, generate green charge tiles, gobble those up and punch away with qs. pretty fun.0 -

That's a good point. But they've teamed him up with Thor, and when you fire Thor's yellow it's nice to have lots of green on the board. More than 3 anyway.
And I wonder, has anyone ever been able to use ChoHulk's black?0 -

Nooo...it's pretty damn unplayable,
It's like they picked the worst possible characters to go up against doc oc. I'm surprised they didn't force us to use Blade and both 2/3* Skanken as well, why not just give us all the board shitters ers0 -

Oh thank god. At least we'll be able to bring out some purple shenanigans for one sub.0
