Did that other first sub reach the goal?
I'm hoping I can still catch up despite missing multiple chances for points.0 -
They must have set easy sub goals based on The Simulator scoring.
The easy event sub brackets last event were nuts.0 -
Also I always feel that there's a mission I'm missing on the map.0

No it never made it. Don't think it got much past halfway with a couple hours left to go.
I was too busy trying to scramble last minute missions to look at it after but I'd assume it would've got 3/4 done at most.
Looks pretty unlikely China is gonna unlock this time round either.0 -

Okay great. I was nervous I missed out on more ISO than I already knew I had.0 -

It was ~90% done when the sub ended iirc.0 -

Resets are somewhere between 8-10 hours. exactly 22 hours left.
I Just did each mission twice and called it a night however I did write down the time I finished each double kill so if I can get up early tomorrow morning I have an accurate reset time of them. I just want to make sure I have get enough point in the main so I can finish of my punisher - (need one green and one red) before I start taking this one easy.
The resets last night were a couple minutes pasted 8 hours. At this time only the last mission in china needs to refresh all the rest have reset.0 -
Although I posted that required hero cover isn't a big deal, this set of sub bracket gives a rather ridiculous advantage to someone who has Psylocke. I'm #5 in both brackets after doing all the required cover missions, and 2 out of 4 requires Psylocke, and I can do most of these in my sleep. I haven't touched the other missions yet, because they're actually really hard. Captain America is surprisingly good at all goon battles even at level 6, because he has 2 abilities that can remove any CD tile anywhere and goons can't destroy the AP generator so you can actually destroy any tile for 1 red AP.
The mix of these missions need to be looked at. The non mandatory hero missions should have like one with decent points that's all goons, and another that's easyish like say, Yelena with 2 Subjects (NOT 2 controls or 2 empircists, because Yelena with purple feed is actually quite strong as she can actually take all your AP forever once she gets going).0 -
So is the reset confirmed at 8 hrs?0

Totally sick of fighting 200+ bad guys for the last 3 weeks. It's not like I have a stellar team anyway and my top guy is getting nerfed very soon (Spidey lv 117). I'm sick of the endless grind. It's repetitious and boring and if this is all the game has to offer then I'll move on to other things.0 -

I been abusing 5 Blue Mag's more this time around Psylocke/Mags/Patch eat goons in not time at all and Mags blue means you have no issues with countdown tiles.0 -

Good idea, there is a whole new life waiting for you outside of this realm =P
On another subject, do note that there have been many changes lately and I, personally, have been enjoying myself in the last pve and this one. What you do or don't consider stellar is up to you. I was doing lvl 230 Hulk and company with lvl 61~ buffed C.Storm, 61 Buffed C.America and lvl 53 Buffed Moonstone in the Simulator event. I dumped all my ISO into these and they are my highest characters now (perhaps not the ones I wished to dump it into). I was able to get 3 covers of psylocke by boosting a lot. I also dumped all the ISO I could into my 3/1/1 Magneto. Luckily, I haven't had any 230s thus far in this event, but I also only did each mission TWICE! Note that the scaling for this event is affected by both you and community grind, but more weight is put on your personal grind. If you are grinding away, SLOW DOWN.
To me, your lvl 117 Spidey looks mighty stellar. Even if he is to get nerfed, you will get "Power Shift"/respec introduced in the next patch. Let's swap our roster and I'll gladly grind those 230 with your not-so-stellar spidey instead of my 2* =P. Then again, maybe not, because I dumped ISO into buffed characters. Perhaps you should consider it too if it is an option?
I see myself as a peasant watching a prince complaining that it's too hard to hunt those foxes on horseback every summer.
It's completely valid for you to be annoyed by your current gaming experience and the scaling is something they are adjusting. It's different in this event than it was in the previous. Trial and error.
There are folks out there that have it worse than you and me. Things are getting tweaked every chance d3 gets and real life can be just as good as a match-3 game! Unless the weather outside sucks, I guess =P0 -

This.
An epic event *straight* after the previous one, it's just too much. I'm playing when I can be bothered (ie, on the couch watching trash TV at the same time) but I just don't have a real commitment in me after working pretty hard against the ridiculous scaling to finish top ten in the Simulator. I'll be happy with one Panther cover.0 -
I'm second in both my subs and I'm only seeing enemies in the 110-180 range.0
-
One persons grind is another person pleasure. Id rather have things to do, than nothing to do. Even if i cant be competitive i see it as a place to test different combinations of characters. You dont have to play every event to come top 10.0
-
Err... wow. I loaded the game, saw empty events, so as usual a mini-patch/fix. Makes no sense being sunday, but whatever.
Reloaded the game, and...
I see every enemy around lvl 20.0 -

So, one character above level 100 (who will be nerfed) means I've got to fight 200+ bad guys forever?
Watching teams with 1* rosters score more than me in the last few events & grinding for 20 ISO and tokens that rarely yield anything useful is just not rewarding or much fun. Scaling and matchmaking have been problems for months and I really don't see an end to it. They're "working on scaling" again? Yeah, I've heard the it before. I can enjoy the game here and there but damn, I get sick if the endless grind.0 -
