    Not sure about the level 3 abilities for Liliana. Perhaps the cost changed at level four? i will have a look at level three text and cost and find the difference

    The change is in the cost. From 9 down to 6 and from 18 to 15. That is according to the patch notes and the adjusted costs.

    Any information being tracked anywhere about the next wave of planeswalkers? I'd love to know what level I'll get Ob Nixilis's middle ability (creature kill) to level 2 or 3.
