As far as I know only blue and black get +3. Should be easy to confirm by just playing the heroic quests. But at the moment the server is down for maintenance.

This is correct. At max levels, black and blue both have a +3, +1, +1, +0, +0. Red, white and green all have +2, +1, +1, +0 , +0. No planeswalker has any negatives at max level.

anyone knows what is the rune cost to level a planeswalker from lvl 1 to 50? i've got 100k saved since i cant buy packs anymore, is that enough?

About 43500. Loroku has a thread about it which is not sticky, while we have a sticky which is incomplete.

I just started playing yesterday, and I don't know if anyone noticed this but Gideon's level 2 Champion ability (acquired at lvl 32) doesn't give +4/+4 berserker and lifelink anymore. Instead it gives +4/+4 berserker and defender now. This disappointed me quite a bit.

Yeah they changed it with 1.3 because white was way too op before. I'm ok with no lifelink. Gideon can heal in other ways. But there is almost no situation now where Casting his 3rd ability makes sence.

The only time I have ever used it and wanted to was to move another creature down to first slot to eat a hit from a big fatty, so my first striker doesn't die.

the most importan thing i see is that now every color follows black and blue in that their color gem gives +3 instead of +2 as it was before
