    Just entered slice 5 at rank 735 and saw this:

    My ten previous PvE placements were 50/11/10/14/15/24/24/9/30/24. I do not see any familiar names or alliances in the top 10, so it looks like a single rank 50 placement may have moved me to the newbie/normal bracket. I will continue to update this post with the player count however.

    unless that is near a sub ending, the leaderboard is always filled with early grinders. they always get passed by the more familiar names at the end. not saying that isn't a noob bracket - just saying it still could be a vet. I'm actually in the same bracket and I finished t20 last event. pretty sure its a vet.

    Do you recall how you placed before that? Any information can help us figure out how the normal/hard transition works. The last PvE was the Hunt, and the ones before were Oscorp Heroic, Unstable Iso-8, and Prodigal Sun.

    I placed #60 in the Hunt and always get top 100, usually top 50. It's entirely possible I got a noob bracket as the top 10 scores range from #1 Brandy R @ 11,644 to #10 Maguire @ 5,936 and I don't recognize any of them. I'm not the type to pay much attention to names though, so if it's not someone from the forum I'm used to seeing then I won't recognize them anyway.

    fwiw it's up to 900 now.

    Udo and I are often in the same bracket, but we're not this time. I joined the fresh slice 5 about an hour or so ago.

    Weird.

    Fwiw, my slice 5 is 95 players.
    Leader is Mikel25 with 6260. (Mikel is often in my brackets)
    I'm 4th right now with 4153

    I'm in the same slice as you Vynyv and I'm certain I'd be in a Vet slice. Placed 5th in The Hunt with 71,000 and as I said I usually take top 10, occasionally top 20. 250 days played and 66 hero roster, haven't missed an event since Jan. If Udonomefoo is certain he's Vet too then there must be parallel slices.
