    Been saving up hp for the anniversary, threw in for a 10-pack this morning. Got a red Devil D for 4/1/0 and some 3*s/2*s. One of those turned into an LT, which turned into a yellow Okoye (4/2/1), then threw 20cp at classic for a black Gambit (1/1/2), which pairs nicely with the yellow Bolt (3/1/1) I got yesterday. I've had a couple 2*s waiting on replacements to sell, and I got those so i had enough iso to take W4sp to 209 for shield training making this my second ST where I've had all the necessary characters. So far, so good anniversary.

    Fired Bullseye's black and got my first ever insta-kill on a Mindless One! Funny thing is, I've been the mindless one on a lot of these nodes. For most of the essentials I just did America/Strange, and Bullseye was no different. Mindlessly match away, while America's criticals and Strange's flames do their thing. Noticed that I had enough AP to fire his black, and America had 2 criticals sitting that didn't immediately match themselves away like usual. Found a corner to put it in, and BOOM! Brute with 10K health gets dropped like a sack of bricks. I know its not technically an insta-kill, but still pretty exciting stuff. The description says it does about 17K damage otherwise.

    Opened a 10-pack now that Nebula and Dazzler are in tokens. Set those 2 to my 4* BH and hoped for the best...

    5 2*s, 4 3*s and one 4*... and then 3 3* BH covers and 1 4* BH Nebula...

    Whoa... speechless

    The only way I was able to clear cl9's 5E node was with the Guardians of the Galaxy, specifically Star-Lord and Gamora. Star-Lord made Gamora's powers cheaper (yay for a 4-AP, 2-opponent stun) while also overwriting any AOE counters in danger of hitting 0 and wiping my team. 

    The long game though was to use Gamora's stun and her black to fill up all of the purples with friendly attack and strike tiles, with Star-Lord overwriting any pesky purple counters, so Gamora could do her thing.

    1-hit KO'ing a mindless one with 80,000 HP? Awesome.
    1-hit KO'ing all 3 mindless ones in the same match? Priceless :wink:

    Pulled another classic, pulled another 5* (I'm 3:4 with a bonus 4* on the off-one). I'm now the proud owner of a 0/3/1 Banner, watch out y'all.

    Went 8/37 in the Fan Favorites store, for a 21.6 percent pull rate. I'm usually at the other end of the bell curve, so that was already good news.

    Four champ levels for Jessica Jones, who is now tied with Daredevil as my highest level 5* at 463; a blue and yellow cover for 5trange, making him 4/3/5; and a black and red cover for OML, making him 4/1/2. I also got a BH yellow Black Bolt cover, making him an even 3/3/3.

    The other highlight was pulling a Nebula cover and getting another as a BH to get her to 10 covers for any future S.H.I.E.L.D Training. Just need three more Dazzler covers to get her to 10 and I'll be set.

    I've reached 75 wins several times in pvp sice hybrid scoring went in, but today I reached 1200 points for just the 2nd time. (In 47 wins)
    The only other time I reached 1200? The last time Stars & Strikes ran.

    Got a blue Taskmaster from Shield Training, so the pressure is a little bit off to place in Strange Sights. I may attempt it at SCL9 - boosted Vulture/Peggy/IM40 should make that tolerable

    So with the NINE covers that I got for Dazzler today I went ahead and champed her. I've been itching to play with her all day so I got a 3* opponent in Shield Sim. Fairly boring fight. Medusa and Carnage provided enough green to get Dazzler's aoe a couple times. Last opponent was Hulk. I was already dishing out like 4k damage with the attack tiles and thought that once I hit Hulk with that he'd go nuts and hit Dazzler for a decent amount of damage. Nope. His black countdown was matched away. "Man this fight is awful. Oh he just hit Dazzler with a teamup!!! Yes!!!"

    So she handed him a four turn stun. :smile:

    Just had a vs battle in Rawwr the AI used its back up power which was widows extend countdown tiles by 3 

    this meant my black Panther , Panthers Prey tile did damage for a further 3 turns , winning me the battle 

    Do love it when the AI helps you out ! 🙂

    Having Vulture boosted this week means my level 350 Vulture becomes a level 450 Vulture and is essentially a top tier 5 and a great character for Strange Sights.

    I had that happen with a Crimson Bands of Cyttorak countdown recently. Very helpful!
    I realized that I'd got almost all the good stuff out of my Anniversary vault, and I have enough HP left and enough more tokens coming in that I figured it was worth it to reset the thing. Never been in a position where it made sense to do that before.

    @OJSP, how many health packs did you end up using?  I've found that, for 4* PVP and using the loaner, my 1* don't generally last more than 2 or 3 matches without needing to be healed.

    Pulled another blue Howard from the Anniversary Vault. One more non-purple cover, either from the vault or Webbed Wonder, and I can champ him!

    Me too (needing a non-purple). There's also Fowl Play (Howard's PvP) progression reward, and the upcoming Heroes for Hire offer. My H4H is showing a blue cover, but I'd rather spend the HP on another 10-pack.
