    Use health packs to full heal my team? Of course the next team up I face is C. Storm, so she can do 2k to all of them. I just hate my **** luck in this game. Everything that can go wrong for me does.

    It wasn't even particularly powerful teams that I struggled with. I was knocked out with an Ares/Hulk/loaner team! Anger never went off- just relentless attacks from Ares.
    Saw nothing but 4*s after 500 points (which seemed premature) and 22 hours left in the event. I pretty much gave up from there. I broke 600 points and shielded the last 3 hours finishing just under 90th place. Horrendous! I usually do better than that on events I don't care about and blow off.

    Really couldn't even say what was going wrong for me other than bad luck with the board - unless others are struggling as well? Wouldn't feel so devastated if not for the fact I had planned my time around this event and had spent the day before working out a shedule for my shielding. Not a great way to kick off a season that I had high hopes for.

    Best laid plans I guess.

    I didn't find it much more difficult than normal. Noticeably more active activity than "normal" starting with ~12 hours left. Started seeing 4*s around 550. I definitely did spend the 200-450 climb trying out different team combos to see how iron fist played. Not trying to humble brag or anything, I had to slog a bit too for sure, but overall It seemed like most other events with a good feature character and desirable cover rewards.

    I think this event is miserable just because fighting Iron Fist is one of the most painful things you can do in MPQ once you start seeing maxed covered version of him.

    Pretty much. I was hitting sub-20 point people with loaners over 30s which were only modestly in the mid-100s

    ah, that was nice....got a last minute defensive win that lifted me to 1st and over 1000...was dreading a last minute unshield. icon_e_smile.gif

    Finished just shy of 1k (didn't need the X-Force yellow anyway) with a last minute push to barely sneak into the top 25. Literally every team from about 700 up except for one was the 4* power hour. "PvP" in this game has become so absurd.

    Looking forward to some rewards I don't give a **** about so I can go back to being lazy. Grab the HP, maybe throw up a 3 hour shield, and call it a day.

    I'm excited I got top 100 in this with my lvl 40 IF with two covers. Mix of Ares/OBW and Ares/**Daken just got me there. You guys with all those *** lvl 166 super heroes are a huge imposition on my happy fun time of trying to get *** covers.

    This was actually the most fun I've ever had in this game and I've been playing since last December.
    This was the first PvP I took with any grain of salt after dumping 150k ISO to flesh out my roster. I now have 6 lvl 94's, all two stars except Luke Cage at 5/1/1. I joined the event with about 4 hours left. I ended up having to break my 3 hour shield after seeing 420 points wasn't getting me top 100.

    With a bit of luck, I won a defensive battle netting 22 pts and with 5 minutes left in the event I was able to pull out one last win. I ended with 470 pts in 89th place.
    From the previous posts seems like acheiving t100 with 470 means I was in a soft bracket?

    Depends, if you joined the event with about 4 hours left you may have instead lucked into an incomplete bracket with ~200-400 people, so obviously top100 score is a bit lower (since most of the people have only had the limited amount of time left to score as well). I tend to see top 100 needing anything from 500 (fairly soft brackets) - 650 in slice 2/5 (my usual time slices).
