Offhand, does anyone know the ending times for each of the brackets? Really have no idea what I chose, and R71 is buggy.. No fix until R72!!

Bracket 1 is 10 am Friday Eastern time
Bracket 2 is 4 pm
Bracket 3 is 7 pm
Bracket 4 is 1 am Saturday
Bracket 5 is 4 am

Yeah, seeing a 270 Goddess didn't bother me at all really. I prioritized green/purple/black and so there was always enough red/blue out that Hood would steal it. Loki was a huge pain, and I might have used him if mine wasn't level 110 with only 3 green covers. I did always pack a stun TU as a 'get out of jail free' card or to stun Hulks if I needed to. And sometimes a lovely Twin Pistols would fall in my lap

Picked the game up for the new Daily Deadpool missions, which are as good as advertised. Tried to pick up some HP in PvP, and it's just as terrible as I remember. I still see nothing but maxed Patches/Lokis/Hoods, who just **** all over my team. Just another **** reminder of what a sack of **** I am.

Feeling pretty good this morning. Deadpool dailies got me a taco which gifted me with the last cover I needed for Rocket'n'Groot, and for the first time since the changeover I managed to reach 1000 points. It was an interesting run, and I definitely had some setbacks along the way, but it basically went like this:

* I chose slice 1, and played up to 300 right at the very start of the event. I always like to have that token as my starting point, even if it was a Moonstone.
* Next day, I played up to 500. Started seeing some Goddess teams. Avoided them.
* That night, played up to 650 before I started encountering Goddess teams 7/10 times. Avoided them again. Using skip-skip-fight-skip-skip-fight I conserved Iso-8.
* Pushed up to 925 in a Heraklean (Herculean) effort late last night, was promptly smacked back down to 877. Shielded with an 8 hour.
* Just before the shield broke this morning, pushed up to 970, lost a match (for 31 points...yay), won two, was kicked back down to 900, won another, lost another, won another... shielded a 8 hour at 930 points.
* Waited until 2.5 hours remaining in event, lined up three 25-ish point targets, spent iso on +ap boosts and slammed through three matches. Hit the 3 hour shield button in exuberance and then realized...I had 996 points. Oh...bother. Well, that's it. No more shields unless I want to spend for a 24 hour. I'll be happy with that sc- what? Defensive WIN? 1015 points? Blue Goddess?! Thank you!

The team I used was a 3-5-5 Level 166 Lazy Thor, a 5-3-5 Level 154 Blade and a 5-5-3 Level 154 Lazy Daken. Didn't bother switching them up, because I just didn't need to. Spent a total of 800 Iso-8 on boosts, and 375 HP on shields. Spent probably...close to 400 Iso-8 on skipping Goddess teams, to line up my final targets at the end.

I had fun. I'm happy with my score and my performance (and my 1-1-2 Goddess is...um...yeah...) and most importantly I didn't have to fight a single Goddess team. Lots of Hoods, lots of Lakens, hell of a lot of Loki, but I was able to do this completely avoiding the dreaded four-star!

And, just because I'm happily behind a shield, in the time it's taken to write this I've had 11 defensive losses that made me smile.

Edit: Make that 15 shielded defensive losses.

Can anyone confirm if locked is shielded? Points moved but might have been old stack to refresh stack?

Trust d3 to totally gas an upgrade. Messing up incidental stuff. Way to go as always.

As for this 4 star thor b.s. there is no real fix for it save making a 4 star bracket. Note before that a guy with 166ers would routinely get punked by 270ers. That still happens but their apology was having us 166 teams draw 94 level teams. An apology not a fix.

This is conceptually a great game. But the lack of talent and vision constantly get in the way.

Even now im trying to stay top 25 in cage match without shielding and there is no timer to indicate how long i have left and each time i win i need to back out and go back in to see my actual place.

Get a clue.

P.s no time on gamora event either. Wal mart just announced raises for most employees. Perhaps its time for the crack d3 crew to find new work.

So why are you telling us this? I'm not blaming you, it's just my Cage Match ended and I didn't make it to top 100 when I would have if I'd know how much time I had left.

Shouldn't D3 be telling us "Oh sorry guys, we've broken the kettle, but here's how to make tea by using the spare kettle we've always had in the kitchen, just hidden away where no one would look for it in a tea emergency".

What's the purpose of the forum if they don't periodically (like every day) come along and read what people say especially when something broke, and is still broken?!?!?

There are lots of fantastic composition possible because patch is awesome. I took down maxed goddess teams fairly trivially with patch/deadpool/hood. Berserk once or twice depending how much green you can get while collecting pink, whales, slice slice intimidate pistols until dead. Actually, if you have 2 berserkers out, whales pretty much kills everyone and 1 chop from deadpool+match damage finishes the job on goddess.

This event was quite playable and fun.
I used Patch-LDaken-Loki and was quite satisfied.
Also achieved blue 4hor with spending less than 1000 hp.
What IS strange is, that for 1010 pts I had, I was rewarded by best possible cover now, but wasnt able to reach even top10.
Ended 16th. For such effort and points player should be rewarded by best *** cover, if he was already good enough to achieve top **** progress reward...dont you think?

Cool my posts are no longer visible. Doesnt change the fact that putting the likes of a fully loaded 4 star thorette against a 3 star team is idiotic or that you guys did a great job screwing up the pvp timer on the new update.
