My alliance fellow joined new bracket in slice 5 so I can confirm it's not the newbie bracket but the veteran one.

Off-topic: hello, DrNitroman! Sorry you also just barely missed top 10 in that 2nd sub; I missed it but I wouldn't have called it "barely." Don't think I'll try for this next one. But it seems like we're both all but locked into a top 50 for the main, so that's always nice.

On-topic: slice 2 is only 456. Avoid like the plague unless you are just wanting to place poorly. Although, at least you'll get top 500?

I was a bit disappointed with the 11th place but not too much. To be fair, before ending time option I was fighting for top 100/150 in pve. Reaching easily top 50 in main while being not so far (but not too close!) from top 10 is really a much appreciated progress!

JUST joined Slice 5 in desperate hope I could get some time in before the end of the whatever it's called, but alas no.

151 people and only 38k+ to the leaders.

I really want to get up to 55k and have some time, but not sure it will be enough.

There is 5040 points for each clear of the final sub. You only have to do 11 of the 16 refreshes to reach that point. If you knew your time slices sub leader was going to do all the refreshes you might just be able to rubber band that - not worked out the numbers for the final sub yet - but it would be a risk.

Subtract the last Daken node where I got wiped out; sadly worth a lot of points. I should be able to get to 8/9... might try the effort for at least 1 or 2 more on top of that... I just can't tell yet...

Had one and a lot rotations with no roster left (it's that last node or two). I just don't think it's going to happen... A couple of unlucky boards and it's over for a few hours.

Very possible it's the kiddie pool. I stopped playing for about a month. So, maybe my MMR was decreased even though I was inactive in PvE?

Confirmed kiddie pool. We have 850 players in slice 1 now.
