    I think it is actually easier to get into an easy bracket by joining early now.

    Have some time to play now and Slice 5 is ideal for me, but already approaching 100 people, many of whom are here.

    Just looked back, Slice 4 is probably sitting around 600 - 700 could be at least another day before it fills.

    Uch... what to do....

    The Slice 5 bracket I am in is currently at 982 Players.

    The Slice 5 bracket I am in is FULL now. I did not play the last two pves so I might have slipped into the newbie bracket. I'm in first with 20k points and 2nd place has 16K.

    yeah, you're in the newbie bracket. The vet one currently has #1 as gobstopper @53k. I think he hit everything near optimally

    Any updates on slice 2 or any info on slice 3? According to Sumilea's calculations 2 should be full, but I'd like confirmation...

    Yeah, slice 5 ended up at about 150 after the first sub ended, probably not going to close before the end of the event

    Can't imagine 5 will fill again. Lucky if you are in that one now.

    Last time I look a few hours to go it still need about 40 people to fill it. Probably need to give it another 5 or 6 hours.

    Edit just loaded up MPQ currently at 957 at 9:55 GMT. Going to probably need another 10 hours.

    Slice 3 is 460 people at this time. Leader is Diok Tee @ 103k, top 10 @ 56k.

    I guess the only reason to join now would be to get easier top 10 placement in the subs, since those brackets are 200 people, and they are bracketed the same way as the main so only 60 people to contend with for top 10 at the moment. It's filling up really slowly btw, about 20 added in the last 10 hours I think, which is something that is also true for other slices probably.

    My slice 2 - which still has Andy9009 and therion at the top - is only at 882 players. Clearly I'm in a different one than the other posted above. I'm guessing there are several, but some are just now filling up. Maybe they realized we were posting like this and made it a bit more even how they fill?

    Mine continues to fill slowly since it only added about 200 people since my last post about 2 days ago. I wonder if just not that many people are bothering with the holiday and all. The competition in my brackets to get in the top ~25% or so isn't too bad, although the top ~5 slots are still crazy fierce. Also the "hard" sim is pretty darn hard, and if you're missing either Patch or Mystique you have zero chance, really.
