Last Patch and Game doesn't Work Anymore

    I just updated my galaxy tab 3 10.1 with the latest patch and I get the same message. Failed to load 0. Reinstall. Tried twice.

    Same message... same problem. Hope none of us lost any of our rewards and have to start over. Been at this for 2 months now and have invested a lot of time.

    Well guys, I made the game work, but what I did I don't think will be useful for most of people.

    For a long time I wanted to try one customized ROM on my cellphone, so today, after que updating problem, I sayid: "It is time for me to try to upgrade".
    I spent the afternoon doing it and now I'm in the testing phase, and thought: "Let's see if MPQ will run". Downloaded and it did worked. With shields and everything.

    Let's keep posting news here until D3 fix this issue for everyone.

    My Android 2.3.6 also won't play - same error.

    I guess as long as you rmb your in-game name. they should able to restore it back.
    I hope when I came back from work, everything will be fine once i do the updates. icon_e_smile.gif

    I have an iPhone 4 and since applying the updates through the App Store this morning my game will not load. It just sits on the opening page showing "loading", but never actually loads or even shows a percentage of what's loading. :'( ... Doesn't seem to be just a problem with androids.

    Tried uninstalling.
    Tried powering off/on.
    Confirmed the problem is with MPQ- installed another app just fine.

    Mine would stay stuck at the loading screen and keep resetting to 0% once it got between 60% and 80%. I rebooted my phone didn't work. The second time I rebooted my phone and entered the game it didn't load but then I turned off my wifi while it was loading, 4G took over and it loaded. Don't know if this will help but it worked for me.

    Same for me on HUAWEI 8815, with android 2.3.6

    I hope deinstalling and reinstalling (even if it did nothing, did not wipe the account, same for daily reward I was approaching ragnarock ;-( )

    Good luck t the devs for finding the issue.

    Since I updated my Android to version 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean), the MPQ is crashing the phone.
    My Android simply crashes. Only removing the battery to reboot.

    Same thing here. LG eclipse. Tried reinstalling with no luck. Also rebooted phone, same result.

    I have the Note 2 and i had this same problem but i unistalled mpq , logged out of google play store , cleared the data and cache for google play store and it seems to be working fine once i logged back in and downloaded the app again. The only thing i could think of it being is your phone version (gingerbread, icecream, jelly bean).

    i know this rant wont be productive, but what the ****? i submitted my ticket as soon as this problem started, i havent heard back from the dev team, and my app is still not working.

    i think im going through MPQ withdrawl... icon_lol.gif

    i just needed to **** a little as im getting a bit annoyed.

    They've put an announcement up in the announcements forum that they are aware of the issue and working to get it fixed ASAP.

    In my case, the game starts, but during the game the Android crashes.
    I don't know if it happens to someone else.

    Yes, I got that error several times throughout the process; from the 1st time I tried to update, to the last time I tried to reinstall from scratch.

    Well, mine just updated and now the game plays, but my 15 characters are gone. Wonder if there's a way to get them back.

    Just saw the post in the announcements on how to get data restored. Sorry. Probably a violation of the Forum Rules, not reading everything first...
