Hoping for Colossus rewards at some point. Aside from Blade, he's the only 3* I need more than one cover for. And all the ones I need one cover for, aside from Doc Ock, have been awarded recently.

I'd be very surprised if he wasn't the prize for "Lord of Thunder." At this point the only characters who we haven't seen in longer are in the "vault."

Man, when The Thirst gets going it can be fun. I didn't touch red in my last match because I was rushing whales, and even with the AI gathering red Blade still put out enough strike tiles that I killed a 166 C.Mags and the 120ish enemy Blade with OBW's match damage before I got those 14 purple.

man...blew through so much hp trying to place top5 and finally max cover my fat thor but it looks like i'll wind up 6th with my goal just out of reach. think i'mma take pvp easy for the foreseeable future and just cruise in for top 25 placements. i've learned that shield hopping with less than an hour left is straight suicidal. hopefully fat thor's green cover will be the award at 1100 in the next pvp.

2. with where you're at you should focus on PVE where you can store up iso and hp and some winnable covers from progression and placement awards. basically, win and save hp in PVE to use later on in PVP. i did this for a while until i had 3000hp saved and waited for a PVP giving out 3* awards i wanted/needed and got them that way. if i were you i wouldnt stress out too much over PVP right now. perhaps play in the last few hours, climb as far as you can and shield to win at least one 3* cover. also, tanking helps to a certain extent..

4. there's this thing called economy..or civilization, that's based on a system of exchange. you want the world to give you what you want? you gotta give it something back. it's the 'ol faustian bargain. this game can be frustratingly slow and tedious but 'the world' (mpq) will be more than happy to oblige you with the illusion of progress and fleeting happiness if you fork over $$$$ for some hp...

1. That does make sense. I will pay closer attention to the points structure. It is hard to find opponents that yield a good score that I can actually beat.

2. Yeah, I'm working those as best I can. I made it a few nodes into the 3rd Gauntlet sub (with a lot of tutoring from the board) and manage to pick up a few covers in others before I hit the wall. If tanking means losing, I do that naturally.

3. Sorry. I meant the shading on the nodes on the main screen of something lke Hi, High Stakes! The color of each of the three fluctutates, gets a deeper red as it progresses, but it doesn't always seem to be the signal of a more challenging team. Usually, but not alays. *shrug* No worries. I was just curious.

4. *does best Veruca Salt voice* But I want it now, daddy! I love the game, but it definitely tests your patience. Esp for an early 2* transitioner like me. I know that things will be slow to progress now, moreso when compared with the relative ease of 1* to 2*.

I'm completely out of whales and burned quite a lot of HP, but 14th place is mine! Power capped Thor, here I come! Also I broke my previous high score by a good hundred, which guarantees me the 7500 point reward for the season.

Now to never ever do that again.

Just logged in to see my final rank and the whole board for this event is GONE, no rewards pending or anything????

This is obviously the fix to the "can't see alliance points or rankings in a completed event" error. If you can't see the event, you can't get the error.

Looks like you were right. Wish Top 25 and top 100 were reversed - I need two reds and a black - but at least I'll be able to get him to 153.

I'm with you, but my 4/1/1 man of steel will be glad for any non-yellow covers at this point.

591 pts, 125th, tough bracket. Played til the end. Don't think I'm tanking right. Should've tried to play against AI instead of just playing thru retals. Was around 660s at one point, due to 2 defensive wins, but didn't think to shield, and when I was out of the next match, already lost about 100 points. Most PVPs, 600 is good enough to get Top 100. A 2/1/3 Thor isn't gonna do me much better than my 1/1/3. Oh well.

Nope. I haven't gotten anything for this either. Wasn't sure what was up but glad I'm not the only one. I was surprised the ranking wasn't even listed. Usually that's there for a while.
