Marvel Puzzle Quest community! We want to hear from you!
We are now soliciting questions for our first monthly Q&A Session between the community and the MPQ development team (Demiurge & D3).
Over the next two weeks, give us your questions for the Marvel Puzzle Quest team in the comment thread below. We'll then select a number of choice inquires and send them to the devs for a response.
We hope to post the answers to your insightful questions on or around October 17th, 2014.
*Any legitimate question is fair game, but keeping your question clear and concise will help. It's much easier to grasp the intent of a sentence or two.
* Let's keep this to one or two questions each so we can manage things easily. This will be a monthly Q&A and you can submit further inquiries next time.

1. Are you guys happy with the state of non-true healing characters, especially at the 3* level (She-Hulk, Beast, Spiderman)?

1. What tournament suggestions from the forum are on a D3 to-do list?
2. When will Loki, Doom, Ragnarok, and Bullseye get third covers?
3. When will Sentry's World Rupture be modified to prevent 30-second games?

7. In PvE events, too many nodes feature Juggs, Daken, Bullseye, Moonstone, Venom. When will more variety be brought in?

12. The last Q&A, I asked five questions. These questions were cited as a reason for permanently removing me as a moderator, over the objections of IceIX. Why?
13. Can the AP costs of the most overpriced powers be lowered?
14. Can the worst fifth covers in the game get a modification?
15. Will the characters that most need a buff get any help?
16. Since many players carefully controlled levels for tile ownership, can a level drop mechanism be implemented to help players who had their strategies wrecked by the level shift?
17. Will Daredevil get a buff?
18. For complicated powers, why aren't some calculations included?
19. Why can't IM40's Recharge be variable with a heads up display? 6 ooo . . . 8 ooo . . . 10 oo . . . 12 oo . . . 14 oo?
20. Why is there a disparity between tile damages and ability color orderings for the following characters? Why does "strongest color" need to be so confusing?

What is the status on updating the characters available from tokens, and when can we expect some sort of action to be taken?0

1) How come on the demiurgestudios.com site the game is still referencing Dark Reign?
2) The facebook sweepstakes seem popular. Can you do a more frequent draw for a smaller reward? Like a 10pk a week?0 -

1) Will Devil Dino ever be released as playable?
2) I know there is concern about over-saturating s. Have you considered releasing some of the older heroes to be bought with iso and/or lower hp costs and taken out of the pool?0 -
1. Is there any way to make PVE a true PVE without the brackets for rewards? It ends up being a different kind of PVP.
2. Are you going to stop with the "temporary heal" characters? It's a waste of a skill.0 -
I'll second Nonce's questions. It would be nice if they would answer most if not all of them.

1. What plans are being considered for fixing the too many characters diluting the ability to receive specific desired covers issue, and is there a timeline we can expect to see any changes on this topic?
2. Is it likely we will ever see a PVE where the rubberbanding starts normally but then decays gradually to zero rubberbanding over the last 12-24 hours thus taking some of the pressure off the very last hour of an event for placement? (and making the entire event that much more timezone friendly overall)0 -

About question 2: this would not fix the issue since the deadzone to play for high point wont be at event end but x hours earlier.0 -

Can you add a SELL ALL 1* COVERS option to the CLAIM YOUR REWARDS page? Or better yet, give me the option to automatically sell all 1* covers as soon as I get them. I just opened 280 standard tokens and it was a huge chore finding the few 2* and 3* covers once I was done.0

About question 2: this would not fix the issue since the deadzone to play for high point wont be at event end but x hours earlier.
Hence the gradual decay of the rubberband. If it were at 24 hours biggest points would be available then but there would still be large amounts of points available throughout the day but there would be much less value in jockeying for position in the last hour or two. Hence, you don't lose much ground for sleeping an extra few hours and the last hour is not a requirement to make top 150 even if you were top 10 90% of the event. It may not fix the problem outright but it sure would be a step in the right direction to making things more fair for all time zones instead of how it is now. Also if they don't tell us when the rubberband starts dropping then there is no way to have scenarios where someone must play at exactly 3 am for best results.0
