Oh duh no wonder I couldn't get a picture of the lopsided one, 5 green is 3x 3x3
  • Well, I don't know what the change was to "Sell All," but when I sell 201 covers, it still crashes. icon_cry.gif

One of the best aspects of the game, for me at least, was the strategy in placing CMags blue tiles. Maximizing the AP gain, CD removal, etc was easily the most challenging game within the game, particularly when they took away my ability to leave the fights at full health. They could have reduced the endless turn issue by making it cost 6, while retaining a lot of the strategy. So sad its gone. Its becoming more and more just a match three with the occasional special move losing that extra strategy level.

Yeah I can't believe i am saying this but i kinda want a lazy hawkeye now... Don't tar feather and flog me.

I suspect we'll be getting a PVE introducing one in 44 or 68 hours.

I think Colossus will come out first then a Lazy Hawkeye. The dev's should want to have the player base play test Hawkeye before creating him in his 3* form. I am most likely wrong and he will get a passive that will do 8k damage and GSBW/Hawkey/Daken will become the shield hop team of choice. Boost with 6 purple. 2 Pruple matches and 2-3 green match fives. 4-6 strike tiles and Lazy Hawkey basicly has a mini world rupture!!!!

One of the biggest problems in the game is just re-releasing 2*s as 3*s, I would hope they would keep new additions coming before going the lazy route.
  • With this patch you've made Magneto useless for my roster. It's ok to adjust the stats, but changing the color of a characters power?
    C'mon!

Lately, you've made some bad design choices. Team up with Bungie and do a fail-parade.

This update was complicated but very well done. Mistakes got addressed instantly.

I'll compare this to the cancelled Daken update, where a typo-filled announcement was made and not fixed for many days.

There are plenty of items up for discussion, such as the changes to Magneto, Daken, Daken, Hawkeye, and X-Force, and the detachment of team-up countdown tiles. However, the official announcement and the game are all on the same page, and D3 is aware of all odd items.

That's how to do an update.

    yea, right

"Your device isn't compatible with this version" (Android) and I cannot play anymore (was 28 in PvE and 23, 43 in PVP.. had a chance for at least 5 *** cards..)
  • The changes they did on Magneto are not an update. They are a gamechanger.
You can't do things as you please in a f2p where people spend real money.

Polarizing Force - Red 8 AP
Magnet hurls a massive metal object towards the heart of the enemy team, landing with tremendous force and causing them to scatter. Destroys all Team-Up tiles, dealing 27 damage per tile. Does not generate AP.
Level 2: Deals 43 damage per tile. Level 3: Deals 49 damage per tile. Level 4: Deals 59 damage per tile. Level 5: Deals 81 damage per tile.
Max Level: 261 damage per tile

The way this is written up suggests that it attacks the entire enemy team. It does not -- only the enemy in front is harmed. Either the wording should be changed to be more clear, or the effect should be changed to match the wording.

That's how to do an update.

Says one for whom the update will run on their phone. There seem to be quite a few of us who have received "Device not supported" messages on Google Play and are unable to update.

In SE that is a failure. An update that locks out a portion of your customer base without letting them know ahead of time they will need an upgrade path, or is this a bug?

So no, this is not how to do an update.

It's a bad bug. But they're aware of it, and numerous minor issues have all been handled. That lets this bug monopolize developer time.

If you're affected, send in a ticket for possible compensation, and to focus their attention even more. Also, add your phone specs to the bug report.
    • Sells 98 covers.... crash. Sells 88 covers.... crash. Thanks for the fix D3 lol. icon_lol.gif

What was so challenging about placing two blue tiles next to other blue tiles and repeat ad nauseum? What's the complicated strategy behind it? If you enjoy that little game of placing tiles and predicting cascades, 2* Mags and GSBW do it much better without giving you free wins (as c.Mags did), which in my opinion defeats any concept of strategy or tactics.

Challenging? No. Fun as hell? Yes, at least for me. Cmags was the second 3* I got to a high enough level to use. The 2-3* transition blows donkey balls. It was fracking fun to shred teams in one endless turns after being given the shaft over and over. I personally don't give the tiniest fraction of a **** about strategy or tactics. I wanted to have fun playing the game. The fun just got shot in the ****. And what in odin's beard does ad nauseum mean?
    • It's fun when you're totally destroying your enemy with Magneto. Too bad people just come to board and complain about how they lose 200 points in 5 minutes to Magneto because surely you're the only person that's ever figured this out even though you can see all those Magneto + Patch teams that are killing your own Magneto team just fine.

I had CMags up to 5/1/1 but now, that's really not helpful at ALL. I need 5 Blue ASAP if I want to be able to effectively use him again.

X-Farce no more, though! Mine is 1/2/3 and Surgical Strike is great even at just 2. Could be fun to team him with Doom and MNMags; if they're all level 5, Polarity Shift -> Telepathic Strike -> Surgical Strike will hurt a LOT and you'll get all that AP to boot.

Is any character's strongest color purple? Because then the above combo has the potential to loop as long as Surgical Strike returns enough purple AP.

Fixed for me, Thanks Devs : )

      (and new X-Force 5/5/2 is ... nice : ) )

Counting only 3* and 4*s, the highest for purple are: GSBW, Deadpool, Daredevil, and Loki.

It's safe to say you won't be seeing too many of these characters in PvP.

Earlier this year (and it may have been the last round of nerfs) there was a bug that would insta-crash the game on iOS devices. Eventually, after a few weeks, they had fixes for each device affected.

In other words, good luck to you all because I've been there before.
