From a press release I just got:

"D3Publisher and Marvel Entertainment released a new Developer Diary Video from developer Demiurge Studios for the PC version of Marvel Puzzle Quest: Dark Reign. In addition, players can look forward to the new Hulk Mini-Episode, available as a free update for Marvel Puzzle Quest: Dark Reign on both mobile and PC available later today (time TBD)!

Hulk Mini-Episode Description:
Players saved the red Iso-8 from falling into Norman Osborn's hands, but now he's searching for the ultimate weapon… The Hulk! Jump into this weeklong episode packed with new missions that span the globe! We need every player's help - you could find and recruit The Hulk!"

    Official Facebook page just posted a link to a developer diary video with a screenshot that includes The Hulk. Looks like a 3*.

    I think there's a 1000 percent chance that HULK SMASH is one of the powers.

    If it isn't... they have failed on a level I cannot describe.

    He should also have a power called "Puny God" where he just kills Loki outright in any match where the two show up.

    Or how about making Loki useful? If Loki and Hulk are on the same team, Hulk throws Loki at the other team downing Loki and a random opponent. It's a fire-and-forget Loki-missile.

    Ooh! It will be interesting if he has a black attack power, since no one else combines one with the traditional red/green attack colours - could supplant Doctor Doom, or become his new best friend (with the 'turn all blue tiles black' power).

    Personally I liked how all the characters had max covers, but topped out at level 35 or so.

    Looks like they really took our comments to heart. This looks like it's done INCREDIBLY right.

    AND we all get a Punisher at the end.

    50,000,000 cumulative points to unlock The Hulk. I wonder if that means the Hulk rewards are defunct if we don't get it? On another note, we'll know how many active players there are soon enough.
