That's the first thing I looked for, too.
    Also, already confused:
it says you can send Team-Ups, but then says the character will be on patrol? Does that mean that you choose a character, and the alliance member gets a team-up of that character?

Um, is that the long awaited Hawkeye buff?

Wow, sounds nice, all of this. Isn't it supposed to be R59 though?

R59 will be the patch where the things work as described above icon_e_wink.gif
R58 is the one which introduces new bugs.

Woah. Wait a minute. Strike tiles will effect Team Up tile damage? They better start being affected by defense tiles then. Right now they bypass them.

    I mean we're already on R58.

    OOG (may I?), nice catch.

Have you guys attempted to make ANY progress on showing who owns what goon CD tile?

Yeah, it's cool. That's what my alliance uses and it's super short.

I'd like for them to address this too but it may have been that way because of AI.

Goodbye Hulk and Marvel exploit with Sentry. Double Anger and 10Red/6Black AP gain gone.

Didn't they say that they were buffing Hawkeye? That little change is actually a bit of a nerf. (not that he needs the buff, Loki or Rag could use it more. But still, they said one thing and are doing another now.)

Yeah I found that a bit confusing aswell.

I presume it means that you select a team up in your inventory and send it to an alliance member. The character that that team up relates to is then considered "on patrol" for a set amount of time and becomes unavailable to you (available at an HP cost).

Though if you could actually send an alliance mate one of your characters for a bit that would be interesting icon_twisted.gif

I'm glad we can finally get rid of those team ups that are just a waste of space icon_e_smile.gif

a good chunk of the time the characters are not the same level so their skills do different damage, so you can look at the tile and then look up how much damage each skill does for that goon and figure out which tile belongs to which, its a pain but if its a matter of a hero dying its sometimes worth it
  • Little clarification would be nice here icon_e_smile.gif

    - Characters sent to Alliance members will be "On Patrol" and unavailable for the sender to use for a short time after being sent off
    - Characters On Patrol may either come back for use after that time or immediately on use of Hero Points

Is this still team-ups, or actual character lending?
If this is actual character lending, it means that the sender cannot use that character until the lease is up, or you have to pay HP?

This post is actually more confusing than clarifying. Weird.
  • Aside from what people mentioned on the "On Patrol" character thing ... all changes look like steps in the right direction.

    +1 D3
  • I don't know if I am the only one but I can't be bothered to always put a teamup in when climbing. Can the selected Team-Ups stay for as long as you don't use them? If you switch a character in that's in your team-ups, then it should unselect but as long as you have your original team and haven't used the teamups, they should just stay there for all future matches.

Please don't reset the Team-Ups after every Match.

Yes, this. It has to be an easy code change, as boosts already do it.

I applaud all these changes. Giving team ups to alliance makes them a bit more interesting.

I still question why some of these ideas (like deleting) weren't initially implemented. Everyone seemed to know the problems after five matches of "playtesting".

If you can actually send someone a character for a while, that will be nice for alliance members who may not have an 'essential node' PVE character. If in fact this is what they're saying. There does seem to be a distinction between "team-up" and "character"...
  • It says team ups can now be deleted but it would be better if you could sell them for ISO.
