Is it just me or is WR overly used by the AI. I've seen 5 during the last 7-8 matches or so and 2 in the last one. There have to be something wrong with the calculations there.

Where are you seeing so many of these? If it's in PVE, it seems when you're fighting Dark Avengers, that their team ups are limited to those of the Dark Avenger characters.0

That has been my experience as well - the AI in PVE has a WR very frequently. Certainly doesn't feel randomized.0

I love how in PvP, I anyways end up against one of the recons when I throw out my Far Thor. It's like they knew I wanted to lose my AP.0

The current line up for most players who pay to play is Lazy Thor or The Hood, Lazy Daken, and Sentry (3/5/5)0

Yeah, although I'd take an AI world rupture any day over Supernova (unless the AI has placed strike tiles first).0

Correct, I see World Rupture every other game
and supernova every third
It is like fighting Sentry all over again.0 -
I've seen it in both PVE and PVP. Id really line to se the math behind the Team UP function. It feels like a beta implementation right now0

So far I've only seen a few World Rupture team-ups. I keep getting hit with team-ups from characters on the AI's team which is annoying because I was denying Patch green, damn it, he should not have been able to get off Beserker Rage.0

This is really enjoyable with Storm in the PvP. Playing against oBW - deny Purple and Blue. Paired with RGY tank - Deny Red, Green , Yellow. Paired with Storm - Deny Black. Team Ups of Chemical Reaction (5), World Rupture (7), and Mjornir's Might (8). **** me, break out the health packs0

They always pop it out the turn after I use berserker rage. Makes the next 2 turns interesting...0

world rupture seems to be broken today though. been hit with it twice today and both times as soon as the first tile popped, all the tiles popped at the same time right after it with no more damage to anyone past the first tile.0

This happened to me today as well. It goes well with the theory someone floated in another thread about TU's being used by a 4th invisible character. Don't know if it happens every time but seems a bit buggy.0 -
I think the reason World Rupture seems to be very frequent is that it's one of the lowest cost TeamUps. At 7 AP, if the AI has a chance to use it, it probably will.0

Also it's **** up that they can use sentry t.u when he's on the roster0

Yeah, I faced a team with a loaner lvl 60 Mohawk Storm today, and ate a 5 cover lvl 166 Hailstorm. Because why should be AI play by the same rules I have to play by?0 -

Others here have figured out that countdown tiles and traps are linked to an invisible character who can die. You can kill the invisible character with an AoE power, or sometimes, self-damaging powers take them out without you having to do anything. There's a reason why they don't give detailed info on how the game works. The game is always in a half-broken state and they just hope you won't notice. But then they created this forum here so we could share our exploit discoveries. So... I don't know what they are thinking.
Feature? Bug? Exploit? Working as intended? It's all the same in MPQ-land.0 -
That doesn't seem right to me though, because before today I've found that when hit with a world rupture or other countdown TU, if I kill the character that was in front when the AI used the TU, the countdown tiles have gone with them as if they were their own.
edit: I don't think I was using aoe when it happened, because just the one character would go down, but now you have me unsure and wondering. I'll have to keep an eye on that...0 -
