The only card I'm missing is Fury. I have all the 1 and 2 star cards at full powers and builds (not necessarilly full levels) except the new Johnny Storm. I don't have any 3* cards at full powers, but I have at least 1 power for each of them. Same with the 4* guys except fury. My alliance isn't big/whale enough to get fury.
