I think it's ok really. "Unable to immediately murder a handful of characters" isn't that big a downside, all things considered.2 -

The current PvP is weird due to the boost list, and who was buffed and how. It's the 1HE / MBW / Moonstone show. If not deep into ascensions, going to be at a disadvantage.2 -

That was my thought exactly. Still entirely usable but slower than previous. I use to use her pretty regularly if I needed to play quickly, but now there are better alternatives.4 -

Ascended 5* Polaris with a 5* low level ai is noticeably but not unusably slower now, so I guess that is a job well done? Time will tell I imagine.3
