I'm viewing it as him enabling all of your powers to be buffed with one extra AP at 5 covers. It's definitely (for me) going to be 3/5/51 -

Once the seed is planted it's likely open to interpretation including being expanded on to meet the writer's needs. I'm surprised it's not used more in his stories.1 -
