From what I'm reading, enemy Carbage will now begin proccing his Black passive on the enemy's first turn, i.e. not at the start of the battle before anyone has done anything. This is helpful for the player, since it's at least an extra turn before enemy Carbage starts making free matches.

You got the ap from his turn and if you were using Polaris and he matched a special tile it would proc your Polaris to make more friendly special tiles.
