So I just purchased Rowan and Will Kendrith bundle . Was excited to level then up.  Received the cards and hit the Planeswalkers that popped up.  Went to my PW list and gotcha sucker. Thanks for your money now here is your rewards. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! (Support contacted) @Oktagon_Support ??? @IceIX???

    I did it through the game (support) I don't see a ticket# and I don't know how to put screenshots here.

    I seem to be also missing my eld vanguard cards.

    This is why I stopped spending money on this game.  If the devs can't be bothered to make sure new stuff isn't bugged, why should I reward them for it with cash?

    Almost every cash exclusive released by Oktagon has been bugged in some way.  Its unfathomable.

    Missing as in you don't have any after purchasing? Or missing from the viewing area?

    I always check to see what's available. Once I saw it was empty I did not buy a pack.

    Same issue - purchased, but no PW to view, let alone select. Opened a support request through the ingame support system. Also checked for an update and restarted the game. Does not show up in any PW views, but my account has been charged.

    Support got back to me, confirming the PW in my inventory and stated that I should force close and restart. I had already tested on a different device and had power cycled the device. After power cycling, the PW (and all the Eld Vanguards) now show in my inventory.

    Same here. Support reached out after I sent them a notice that I submitted a ticket with a screen shot. See the cards now
