    I was literally shocked that anyone would suggest this.  Torch is part of the team that enabled me to go through 2* land without much effort, along w/ OBW and Daken, and when farming randomness has them all at comparable levels that's still my go-to team to sail easily through DDQ's 2* nodes.  I would rank Moonstone, Cap, and Bullseye beneath Torch at an absolute minimum, and would argue that Hawkeye comes in behind him as well.  Ms. Marvel might be about as good as Torch, possibly.

    1* Venom, at least Yelena has good team ups
    2* Bag Man, that's kinda the point
    3* Sentry, literally the only use I can think of him is to supply a lot of countdowns for 4* Captain Marvel
    4* toss up between Sam Wilson and Sandman.
