Recovery using Google Play

I've used Google Play back up to recover my game before. How do I do it/can I still do it? I can't remember how to. Lost my progress when app was accidentally erased from my phone.

    Hey there @klobberer, to clarify, the application can only be backed up and restored via the Facebook option in your settings. If this backup method is not working or you do not have one, please reach out to our Customer Support team so that they can restore your account manually.

    Tombstone, I assume you meant to type "cannot can only be backed up and restored via the Facebook option in your settings"?
