Missing Item - Ticket #286444

Hi,

Happy new year, how are you doing?
I logged a ticket (#286444) on 31 Dec 2016, however I have yet to receive any reply since then.

Details of Ticket;
I made a purchase for the red fat bundle, however this is not reflected in my game account.
I did report a problem with apple and they advised me to check with the developer first.
Please assist on this. Thanks.
