I think is up to each one, to me it makes more sense that is more easy to reach 1000 when theres more big targets, and is kind of dumb being stuck in retals or being snipped when you only aimed for 3 fights
I usually reach 1000 and forget of it
Of course sometimes one doesnt have time, or you only got those options and theres 3 points fights but that happens little, if i could contact some X-Men, Django or any other i would, just that mostly dont know how to reeach them, but as always collaborating gives more results than just snipping0 -

Yes, I do have it as well, i'm in SKYNET 2.0 and its normal to coordinate within 1.0 and ex members, is just that one comes across common targets at this point, and i didnt have that info, i will check it out, thanks0 -
Yeah, what top alliances are doing is the "booster" tactic - Person A designated as point receiver is up and shielded and will be unshielding in ~30 minutes. The "grunts" (point donors) are now given an order to climb up for that time of 30 minutes, and once the person A unshields, they are to Q that person and retreat to them as many times as possible...
And of course there are some people who are "snipers" - not only do they donate points, but also stay unshielded and tank their own points, and when someone unshields from a bracket where an alliance mate's standing is in jeoparty, they are told about it and have the task of hitting them as fast as possible, as many times as possible...0 -

And you're 100% right about being in a top 100 alliance. It's critical to the 3* transition to be getting that extra cover every event.0 -

We might also just have different definitions of what high-level PVP means though - what's your definition of the top level PVP gameplay / style?0 -

So even though it might sound silly to people outside, in reality high level pvp has a ton of strategy, tense moments, grudge matches, and lucky breaks. It's really an entire parallel game that was spawned from legally exploiting certain game mechanisms, and it's a lot more fun than hitting pve nodes six times in a row before a clock runs out.0

Yes. I mean no. People should remain respectful of the people going for those 1500+ scores and wait the 5 minutes for them to shield or ping them on Line to ensure they are shielded. I've been thinking this thread over the weekend, and decided to try and move towards some of the comments here. Still poking around on LINE though, as I just downloaded it on lunch. I may have to also investigate a new alliance. Mine is non-serious but I think maybe more active group would be more fun.0

Wow, i have been playing on and off for a year and this is the first time I have heard of this.
Granted I left the game just as alliances were being put in, so I guess I missed a lot. Always thought of MPQ as a solo game, so never occurred to me that I needed to coordinate anything with my alliance.

Once more, mind = blown. I was really looking at this from the perspective of utilizing the strategy to help people hit progression rewards. I roll with a bunch of transitioners and I was thinking, "Oh man, that would really help Mr./Ms. X get that cover at 700!" I am not exaggerating to say I hadn't even considered placement. Kinda weird...and stupid...now that I think about it.
On a completely unrelated note, I am full of giggles getting to see my favorite gif all over this thread.0
