Sorry matey, hadn't had a chance to be on much lately. I honestly believe looking at what you have you can beat Welcome to SHIELD hard nodes. For starters, the key to beating Iron heart and Mockingbird is to kill the third guy feeding them AP. Shang can one-shot at that level. Not saying it is trivial but doable.

Thank you both for your time:)
Well - false alarm. Star-Lord (Daz - i was thinking about that node), The Thing and Mordo was defeated in first attempt by... Slighly less OP Polaris:)
Fun fact - to make game a little bit more challenging i am using auto-fire with abilities, so - in fact - i even do not remember which one passive i used:)

was trying to do with other heroes... depends on essentials - that`s true. But mine main strategy was stun Star-Lord and finish rest of them

I've got a soft capped 4 star roster in the 370 range. For years now I've been finishing the day 2 and day 3 nodes using Valkyrie. In fact using her is how I rate the new 4 star because the faster I win, the better I rate the new 4. Chasing the bounty keeps down their best color and nets you plenty of extra AP on your primary color (for my soft capped roster it's always the new 4 boosted to 485 or whatever). As long as there is a damage component on the 1st color this strategy works. If the 1st color does nothing useful then I use Deadpool whales.

I'm sure this is off topic, and probably could find it if I could search better, but what exactly is soft capping and what is the point of it?

Soft capping is not leveling your characters past a certain level. This used to make sense before we had SCL levels and everything in the game scaled to your level. Keeping your characters from getting too high in level made the enemy teams stay at lower levels and you got to have an easier time.

Now that level scaling isn't a thing, the only thing it effects is PVP match making. By staying at 4 star levels, you shouldn't be matched up against 5 star teams very often.

Soft capping is (generally) the idea of fully covering your characters but not levelling them up, or not levelling them up fully. Sometimes you'd see players level up each character evenly, one at a time, as they accumulated ISO. Other times they'll just keep everyone at a certain level forever (typically 270, but sometimes lower).

It used to be a major advantage for PvE players back when PvE was roster-scaled. If you kept your max level very low, roster-based scaling would give you disproportionately low level enemies, which you could stomp using fully covered characters. At one time, PvE winners were almost always softcappers because of the way the scaling algorithm worked.

When they went to static scaling the practice mostly died. It became a disadvantage in PvE. The only actual benefit now is being able to stomp noobs in PvP, but noobs don't typically have a lot of points and once you stomp enough of them you'll end up becoming visible to the big players anyway.

Auto firing abilities is wild. I can see how it would make things more challenging though.
