    Been a while since I've watched, feel free to make any necessary changes as I'd like you to do a proper amount of drinking but not to the point of hospitalization..it's a fine line.

    Clearly you've never ridden a horse in your life. Your legs must be able to squeeze for grip in order to not fall off the horse. If you are crippled from the waist down you could not do that any more than you could stand in place without falling.

    What other questions have you had besides ones related to names? Everything else gets answered in the show so I'm not going to answer anything you'll see for yourself eventually.

    Sounds like a Sansa-tional weekend to me. So after this weekend you'll be able to claim that you drink and know things.

    Get to love Robb stark, he's a fantastic character and one of very few characters who are good.
    Top man. In fact all the Starks are great. Best family in westeros.
    Also ned is miles better than those god awful lannisters. King Robert chose well.
    Enjoy season 1.
    I honestly wasn't joking about stopping at the end of season 4, only confusion, disappointment and resentment await.

    Unfortunately my "nothing to do but..." weekend was ruined with things to do! So I made no progresson on GoT but I'll get back to it!

    But...in other potentially "exciting" news, I may have found somebody to try Dungeons & Dragons with! It turns out a couple of people I have known for 20+ years from the old JoeQuesada.Com board play D&D and I have reached out! There are some obstacles though:

    1.) It will be zia Zoom due to distances apart. I am not sure I am gonna be able to pretend to be an elf or whatever via looking into my Chromebook but I guess?
    2.) They don't believe I am serious! Presumably because they have known me for 20+ years and one of them has actually met me in real life a few times...
    3.) So in order not to ruin their **** clubs dorkfest ongoing adventure, I might have to "proove" I am serious and not just there to make fun of them, the dorky little orcs! But here comes the good bit...

    One of them also has THIS:

    I'VE (SORT OF) PLAYED THIS BEFORE! OK it was 40+ years ago but hey ho!

    Now I COULD use an existing character but I have been given the opportunity to create my own! Marvel Puzzle Quest - we are going to create our own!

    The powers stuff looks a bit like I need to read the link to a manual I have been sent as I can't remember how to do any of that but this next bit should be easy!

    This where we start!

    If you want to help, comment in this thread and you will be assigned a task! You may need access to a random 100 dice generator but you can get them easy enough on the 'net!

    I'm improving it! I didn't make up the rules though, we are going back to 1986!

    Are you playing? If so, you get an important job to do! You get to decide what the hell we are! Roll a dice or for this one you can just pick a number between 1-100!

    Mutant it is!

    We are now a pariah from society and everybody hates us! This has some immediate effects according to the player creation book - we have a popularity of zero and reduced resources but we do get an extra power and enhanced endurance!!! So next we need somebody to roll for Fighting rank!

    Game of Thrones S1 Episode 6: A Golden Crown

    So our man Ned is fine! King Bob has him but in return he wants Fingerblaster released by Ned's wife. Bob and his wife Cersei(?) have a bit of a barney about whether Bob is a big girls blouse and it all ends in slap. Meanwhile, Br(i)an gets his magic saddle and gets to go riding when of course, he is attacked! I swear you can set your clock to this. "What time is it, Theon?", "Ah, it is quarter to ambush Br(i)an, Robb!", "Excellent, we have time for another beer before rescuing him!" which Robb and Theon do but not before they argue about who is doing the better rescuing.

    Meanwhile, Daenerys Targaryen has an egg which was a wedding gift from a bloke I am not even going to try and spell. She puts it in the fire? I guess she wants it hard boiled? Somebody rushes in and spoils her breakfast, the hot egg burns her but not Daenerys. Then she has to eat a proper weird meal, prophesy, blah blah. What is happening now? Somebody is trying to nick the eggs! It is Viserys, her own brother! What a numpty!

    Fingerblaster time! He has got a bit bored in deathtrap dungeon so he says he is going to confess so they take him to the court where, SURPRISE! He doesn't confess at all, he challenges them to a fight instead! His mate Bronn agrees to fight for him against his captors and wins meaning Fingerblaster is free!

    We then get some general fussing between Ned and his daughters and he tells them to go home.

    We end with Daenerys again and Viserys who is drunk and wanting some Golden Crown that he was promised (and we were promised in the title), so Drogo melts some gold and then pours it over his head killing him. Seems like a waste of gold to me but when you are called Drogo, you can do what you want. Daenerys mutters some gibberish about dragons not being harmed by heat which I guess means that she is a dragon queen but her useless brother is not. So she wasn't having breakfast after all!

    Fantasy Rating so far: 2 out of 4 Eragon
    Throne Rating: Well Ned gets to sit on the throne so, yes I would say so!
    Game Rating: Ho ho Fingerblaster had a trick up his sleeve and games were played!
    Ned rating: It was a bit of dull one for Ned, maybe next episode.
