Hey, isn't that new bucky a Thunderbolt? It actually seems like this characters multi-hits are intended to trigger his extra passive (nice).

The kit seems fun, I'm not a fan of the yellow and black draining, but I think you can play around (avoid) it and use her as a battery for others who want black and yellow. That yellow ability seems like we might be able to exploit it (in a good Agatha kinda way).

Meteorite's passive: increase Thunderbolt allies' ability damage.

    "Yay!"

Bucky's passive: this passive cannot be affected by strike tiles or other damage modifiers.

    "Oh..."

Yeah, that part is a bummer, but fortunately it is only tied to his purple passive and there are multiple hits all over both of their kits. Also, who's to say that actually works? It could just say that and not function that way

His red hits the whole team for like 5 (I think) then hits the priority target again. That 5 will now be quite a bit stronger. Maybe 425% stronger with IronMay? So... almost the equivalent of 1/100th of what Juggernaut4 can do (exaggeration, they seem good together).

That purple is pretty sweet with stunning 2 enemies for 3 turns (plus one of your own team mates - LOL) along with doing AOE damage if you have 4 Black (should be easy with all the ways she generates it). Haven't seen a power like that before or I don't recall one.

On the other hand, in the top pic she looks like a man with that jawline (if you removed the long hair it would easily pass as a male character).

P.S. How does everyone read this on her Yellow "Whenever you make a Black, Blue, or Green match, convert 2 AP of the matches color into Yellow AP and gain 1 Black AP." Does it mean she has to make the match (ie tank those 3 off colors) or just whenever you make a match in those 3 colors? If it's the latter, that's a horrible passive if you have a rainbow team or want to use those colors because you'll be handicapping yourself when trying to collect AP.

P.P.S. Did we actually get a clue for her or is this another case of missing communication?

Always good fun trying to decipher what the hell is going on
If she has 5 black drains 4 yellow, but doesn't if you have 4 blue, attacks enemy team after the drain but not if she has been stunned for the last 3 turns

Have no idea if this one is even good. And no we didn't get a clue because of reasons.

    1. The clues are typically released via/with the app updates in the store, and they have (presumably) paused publishing updates due to trying to resolve the Amazon situation along with beta development.

Whoa, Meteorite! I honestly didn't expect any of the OG Thunderbolts to show up in MPQ.

Some of her kit looks nice, but it also looks way too convoluted. Kind of like trying to juggle hunter's light/dark ****.

I'll wait to use her in game before forming any opinions on her kit... First impressions based on reading kits have been inconsistent...

But I'm super excited to see OG Thunderbolts getting some love.

The art in the top pic does seem off though... The arm behind her seems like it was pasted to her back... The angle of her body just doesn't match having the whole arm trailing behind her. Maybe it's just me.

I'm going to focus on the positive here though as I've been waiting a long time for Thunderbolts in the game. (With Dark Avengers being so prevalent early on, and the Thunderbolts being what led to them)

Moonstone... er, Meteorite has a balance beam act going on. If she's in Hero Mode, you only have to worry about Black, Green and Blue tiles; those you match, but I think it comes at a price if I'm reading this right. You don't actually earn Black, Green or Blue when you match, you really get two Yellow and one Black. If that's the case, only match-4s and up will grant you the affected colors.

Your best bet in getting the other colors is by being in Villain Mode. Now the enemy team has to be weary of matching Black, Purple or Red tiles, for Meteorite will pull a Mystique on them, stealing 1 AP of said colors and getting an extra Yellow. Add Mystique to your team, and you're really stunting the enemy's ability to build AP.

Meteorite's allegiance will probably depend on your teammates. If you love the villain role, 3-star Doctor Doom, 3-star Mystique, 3-star Magik, and other characters whose ability allow them to create Black tiles via conversion will be great (even 4-star Domino and her 100% Black tile drop passive can help). If you'd rather have Karla embrace her hero side more, try a 4-star Sandman, 5-star Storm, 4-star Jubilee or the like.

They look like they're trying to grab their own behind with that wonky arm :D

If nothing else, Meteorite is a character who’d help you gather yellow AP in a Puzzle Gauntlet node. Assuming you’re trying to follow the rules and not cheese it with Multiple Man.

Maybe she‘s holding Wintersoldiers prostetic in her left hand?

That arm is either hideously dislocated or growing out of her back.

Powers - who knows? It's a lot of buggering about, gain this, drain that, watch what AP the other team has. I'm tired already.

Purple stun, Purple stun, I only want to see you stunlocked in the Purple stun.

    I read it as:
If anyone makes a standard Blue match-3, you gain 2 Yellow and 1 Blue.
If anyone make a Blue match-5, you gain 2 Yellow and 3 Blue AP.
If anyone has Omnipotence City and anyone makes a Blue match-3, you get 2 Yellow and 4 Blue.

I got very excited about using Daredevil's Yellow stun to stun lock the team but then I actually read the power set and I don't think it'll work like I'd want it to.

This is yet another one who's complicated enough that I really have no idea. Time to play test!

Honestly I think this is an L. If you want to make it work it will be pretty strong. But, there is too much going into it like Mr Negative.

This will be a semi-strong character lost in the shuffle. Not good enough to ascend and not strong enough to make problems in their tier.

    Please prove me wrong.
