    Is that a change, or just a wording clarification? IIRC, stunning did not stop the tile removal before.

    I just did a test using Carbage, Dr Doom and 5* Carol. I threw Dr Doom airborne with her yellow while there's enemy attack tiles on the board, and it didn't remove them.

    I suppose if Dr Doom is downed while airborne, it would trigger.

    That is saying if he dies while in any of those conditions it’ll remove them as I read it.

    After testing, I suppose it would be that way too. If Dr Doom is downed while airborne, it would trigger. I know some 4* like Elsa can hit airborne enemies without changing their status but I can't think of any 5* that can do that. AA can passively deal damage to airborne enemy but he also changes their status to stunned.
