Okay, so I posted this in the chat, and I'll be reposting it here and in the facebook group.

We have 4 people in the alliance with a season PvP average below 600. P1sco, Chesterbang, Owiewave, Zach256. Of you four, the latter three of you were also below 600 last season. All four of you need to step it up. We lost a fairly high-scoring member today because I told him most of us could do a consistent 600. I was wrong. That sucks. Look, I mean for us to be top 50. We're a solid alliance with a lot of promise and a wide roster of good players. And I understand that the game can be quite punishing - especially if you're transitioning. But it's time to step it up. You guys need to do better. And I know you can do better. Go team IF!

So, scores have been slipping recently. We were 95th in a recent pvp. 95th! That's not okay. I think a lot of people are slacking, so Tinydot and I came up with a few new rules.

1. If you are below 500 points in more than one PvP in a season (our discretion), you're out. No questions asked. We're a competitive, top-100 alliance that I want to push higher. I like you guys, and I try to be friends with everyone in the alliance, but at the end of the day you guys need to perform for everyone's sake. Not just mine.

2. If you are below 600 points in 3/6 of the last PvPs, you're out. Same deal as above. I tell everyone when they join (and repeat often enough in the chat) that we're looking for 600 points minimum per person per PvP. If you can't fulfill that, then I'm sorry, but this isn't the place for you.

If you know you won't be able to play during a PvP, you can get around these "strikes" by telling us in advance. If you do, we will try to find a temporary replacement. Please tell us early enough so it won't be impossible to find someone.
Additionally, in certain cases where a PvE is running parallel, you're welcome to focus on the PvE instead of the PvP if you clear it with us beforehand, if the whole alliance is trying for the PvE reward, and if the PvP reward is weak. For example, right now we have the last days of the PvE with Thor as a reward running parallel to a PvP with Loki as a reward. If you can only focus on one, make it the PvE. But as said - clear it with us first, and it's probably for the best if you post it on the facebook group or in this thread.

You guys are my friends... But we need to work together on this. Let's do this!

Hi, my in game name is Maguire. I've been in an under performing guild. I'd like to make my move to a top 100 guild if you would have me. I am currently finishing in the high 550-600 rating with a mostly 2 tier roster. My 3 tier roster is still a little shaky but I can still pull my weight.
