    So, I realize we've had a fair bit of turnover this season. I realize some members might be worried about their position in the alliance, or worried that we try too hard. I make no apologies about trying hard to make this a top 50 alliance; however, I want people to understand how we work.

    We consider replacing someone under following conditions:
    - When someone promises a reasonable score and cannot reach that score consistently
    - When someone is lagging way behind the pack and dragging us down
    - when there was some miscommunication about who to add
    (- Also, it really helps your case if you're around and active in the chat - we're friends here, and I am a lot more likely to look leniently on someone who is often in the chat than someone who never is.)

    The most recent person to leave us, liljz, fulfilled all three criteria - he promised 600+ but only once pulled down over 500, he was at the very bottom for the season, and we never intended to add him in the first place. Oh, and he was never around in the chat. icon_lol.gif

    Obviously, the further away we are from 100, the less stringent I'm going to be about any of this, and the less anyone needs to worry. And given our current position, this isn't really an issue. Anyone who's been with us since early in the season has no reason to worry - you guys earned your Fury cover by sticking with us. icon_e_smile.gif
