    505 laid off a ton of folks in Nov 2023 and we lost the person who I believe was the main person to communicate with us. But she had also been on maternity leave before that. Anyway I think if she was still working here they’d be better at doing comms consistently.

    I also imagine things got way out of whack when BCS seem to have become much less communicative. So maybe it’ll be better as IP2 gets more up to speed.

    They also really need to fix the in game news thing and start using that, much more than they ever have.

    Some of the communication is stuff that literally everybody needs to know, and players shouldn't have to be on a forum or a Discord or anywhere else to hear about it.

    Even with the ingame working, it was always only a link to the forum. Players know they have to go to the official out of game channels for 13,5 years. They just actually have to post something there, which they aren’t enough (and frankly never have enough).

    Ice’s big dream is an ingame inbox for news and reward though. We’ve been told about this for years now, and I doubt it ever comes now.
