I don't know if this is in any way related, but I can't rank up a support even though it has enough shards.

I had something similar happening. When I backed out of the screen, the support actually was ranked up.

Same here. You have to back out to see the results.

@bluewolf Thanks! This probably shows how rarely I manage to gain enough support shards to do anything 😅 I mostly rank up via support tokens and those don't care about levels.

Now officially in our 2nd event with no fix to the support bug. Can some one authorize CS to push through a manual fix for the people who have already submitted bug requests?

Whats the point of delaying support for an automated fix that isn't promptly implemented?

Do we HAVE to contact support? Or will the shards be automatically moved when R331 drops? I don’t mind waiting if that is the case.

I'm not certain, but personally I'd contact CS. The recent history of releases equating to "something being different" seems.... patchy.

Opened a ticket and with surprising haste was told to sit tight for the next update to be released and the ticket was put “on hold”.

I sent an email to CS for this using an address from an old problem and didn't even get a pro forma response. Would someone be so kind as to remind me what the actual address is?
