    The worst part is that it claims 'this power will have no effect'. That's not true, it would have an effect because it would trigger his Red passive trap damage. So it's exceptionally annoying that I can't fire it even if if does 'nothing' from the active Yellow other than drain my AP. Plus I need it to fire to complete the quests.

    If you get a special tile out then it lets you fire yellow

    It occurs to me that if ever there was a character who should be able to bypass stun immunity, it is Daredevil. How many times have we seen him find weak spots on his enemies with his enhanced senses. His red can ignore protect tiles, I feel like it should be able to therefore allow the stun.

    On a separate but same topic - really don't see why the one on one fights need to have these limiting conditions. The idea is to try the new 4* out, not show how hopelessly inadequate they are as last (or first!) man standing.

    So after being in his PvP for about twenty minutes, he is super annoying on defense in the hands of the AI. Basically, his stun can be a PiTA. And why not throw Leapfrog on the team and make it harder to take him out right away. And then another support to gain enough yellow quickly to use the stun (which, at level 5, stuns the target for three turns and another random character for one turn).

    If you have no other yellow active power character, the AI will only fire DD's yellow. Oh, and throw in 5Mephisto as boosted and his purple stuns also. Very annoying.

    Fortunately I haven't come across any particularly high level ones and Mephisto's tick damage seems to take out the enemy DD quite fast. His match damage reduction is still a big drag though.

    I can't be 100% certain, but I'm pretty sure I just saw one of his red trap tiles overwrite an enemy countdown tile (in PvE).

    What I find funny is the first PVE to get 4 Daredevil is Simulator. The PVE nobody likes for the new character most everyone doesn't like

    I like Simulator! People don't like Simulator? I sort of asked for it to come back in a Q & A and the Devs said sure! So...uhm...sorry...

    Simulator has very few goons and very few Dark Avengers, so it's too difficult for a lot of players.

    I've been playing this game aaaall these years and the XMen Mansion one is the only 1 I actually remember.

    Since they ran it multiple times in a row, I now also remember the Deadpool one has back to back 2 day nodes.

    I love simulator. But that came after I got a roster that can breeze through it

    Just to continue hammering this point into the ground...taking the new guy (who has cheap active powers and really needs to cast them to be effective at all) and making him fight 4* Peggy (huge AP cost increase on powers) and 4* Starlord (punishes active ability casts) is a great way to show him off!

    Please try, at least a tiny bit, to sell people on the new guy.

    In game his red ability is called "violence when necessary" but I prefer the name they have on this thread of just simply "violence"

    Daredevil used violence. It's super effective!

    the feeder chart says Echo is a secondary feeder to Daredevil (Man Without Fear), but I don't see another feeder toon in her Champion rewards preview. a mistake to line it with "secondary" title?

    It’s correct. Secondary doesn’t always mean there’s also a primary, it describes how many shards you get and at which levels for the feeder. Echo gives 5DD shards at a lesser amount than she would a primary character and at the secondary feeder champ levels.

    It’s therefore possible that at some point Echo feeds a different 5, not yet in the game, on a primary basis. I’m not sure who, but they left that space open.

    Agree. Usually in their first PvP with them baby champed I never CHOOSE to use a power from their set. In this one I found myself actively choosing his yellow over the AOE on OML. That stun is really useful and the traps go off all the time. I'd like to see what he looks like ascended but he is definitely not the DOA guy folks are making him out to be.

    I will never, ever learn. Seriously, before deciding a guy sucks I need to use them, a lot, in an actual competitive event. And I need to stop focusing on whatever "interesting" or new thing they're doing, and remember that basic stuff is plenty good if it's done well.

    I've said this before, to myself and to others! Why do I keep doing it?
