QOL suggestion re: vaults and tokens

Include something within the game that explains how to earn specific Tokens. This is less so with regards to Standard tokens, Heroic, etc., and more so the "limited" vaults where we can earn tokens through use of Daily characters, or some other activity.

I recognize that we can sort our Roster by "Daily" affiliation, but when there is more than one vault that allows for earning tokens by using a "Daily" character, it's not apparent which Daily character will earn a token to each vault.

Some of the vaults it also appears that we cannot actually earn Tokens but that we only receive a single Token from logging into the game.
But once we redeem that token, the Vault is still present, "taunting" us with the prizes that we didn't get, and cannot get, because there's no way to earn more tokens for that particular Vault.
If there really is no way to earn additional tokens for such Vaults, perhaps those Vaults could be removed/hidden once their token has been redeemed?
