Hey, folks!

We've become aware that this weekend's Coalition Event, A Timeless Voyage, is providing an unintended number of charges, only 4. This will be fixed in the near future.

So you can have the best experience, this weekend we'll be offering an extra Coalition event, Hunter x Bonder. It is already available.
Also, ATV will not be cancelled so eveybody who plays it will be able to collect the event's rewards.

We apologize for the incovenience.
Have a great weekend, everyone!

Lu

How about keep ATV in this format as mini coalition event in the future? :> Just adjust the reward score tier

No need to fix. Best to just shelve this one permanently.

My take-away from this is that you don’t even bother to test things before they go live. I’ve been patient and positive but you’ve lost credibility with me and I’ve completely lost faith in the game.

How about scratching both events altogether? The sooner, the better. It wouldn’t be the end of the world if we have a free weekend. Much better than playing two events at the same time.

More bugs from BUGCORE. Hands down some of the most incompetent devs/support in any game. Your incompetence will be the death of this game. I went from being hardcore for this game, even writing a guide to help newcomers, recruited almost 10 people to your game, and now I’m barely playing because of the plethora of bugs and clear lack of competence.

Any last-minute fix you attempt for coalition events will create worse problems

Especially when the changes are announced on private servers like [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] before the official announcement in game or on the forum. The hilarious thing is that the last time this happened (during the OG Harvesttide) the information given by the devs was dead wrong and they had no idea what was actually going on with the events and that seems to have happened again.

The all-time leaderboards are a sham and there can be no meaningful competition when the game developers share information with their favorite players—regardless of the quality of that information or it’s actual outcome.

It breaks the illusion of fairness entirely.

And now we have Hunter x Bonder giving recharges on nodes! What an absolute disaster of a weekend.
And really, it could have all been avoided if Webcore had listened to the players here in the forums.

There are absolutely 0 nice words to say about this weekend. Webcore managed to create the worst cockney barrel of monkeys like Janosik said. Most players don't likes to play Legacy coalition events. Coalition events are the only ones that community members feel "obligated" to play because of the social aspect of this game.
Some players like to try hard on Legacy because they love to watch paint dry, or the Puzzle Quest equivalent which is watch gems convert to green 1000000 times per turn. And that is great, you can give them Legacy non coalition events like The Colossal Tussle. I haven't heard anyone complain about that one because it is 100% optional to join.
But this weekend you managed to gather all the community's feedback and use it as toilet paper scheduling 2 legacy coalition events and demonstrating everyone how much you value your player's opinions.

Way to go Webcore! You all deserve standing ovations.

Ok guys. Two events running in parallel, I've had a really busy Saturday so I decided to go first on the one that was giving us charges, ATV, knowing that I would have time on Sunday to clear HxB. Only to get up this morning and discover that this event had given all players that had already started the event one more charge on each node, which I missed, of course... That's beyond anything I can say... I'm feeling so bad right now because of the game, that should definitely not happen with any kind of game.

I expect they will give us some compensation and that will magically repair all damage done to the game's reputation over this nightmare of a weekend.

@ertaii I’m having exactly the same experience as yours. Busy weekend, playing ATV first, missing extra charges in HxB. I’m mentally exhausted and seriously considering quitting this game again.

Sadly, Bugcore doesn’t care what you all have to say. They just give you the illusion that your opinion matters. They continue to repeat the same mistakes, over and over. Bugcore is the epitome of a company with zero standards. Remember, actions speak louder than words. I’ve had them tell me they can’t reproduce bugs even when I sent them step by step instructions on how to reproduce them or they just say they won’t look into it because others haven’t reported it yet, even though steps are provided for reproducing it. This incompetence is going to drive people away.

I just wish I could play ONE day without a bug or soft lock.

I get they inherited a plethora of spaghetti code/bugs from Oktagon but it’s been a while now and they continue to create more bugs than they can fix, not a good look.

This WAS my favorite game and had a lot of faith in Bugcore but now it’s my least played game due to poor experiences after poor experiences.

I honestly don't care at all about any kind of compensation. I just want them to listen to the community once and for all and stop scheduling Legacy coalition events.

But since they use the player's feedback as toilet paper, I highly doubt that it will happen

Which weekend? O! The one that was fully overshadowed by two legacy events? The one with ATV that ran as it always did and wasn't bugged at all? The weekend where we received the great gift of a second legacy event that WAS actually bugged, providing early birds an additional charge on both nodes? That weekend! The weekend where I was away all Saturday with family and friends?

Thanks Lu! I hope you also had a great weekend.

This weekend was an absolute disaster, true.

However, I don't agree with your general remarks here. Webcore have been the best developers this game has seen since its inception. They fixed a lot of stuff Oktagon was unable to. They are quick on releasing notes and fixing tier 1 bugs. They try to keep in touch with the player base and the list goes on.
