Just noticed there is a new store under Latest Legends called 'Nite Crawler'.
For a cost of 15 ap you have a chance at a 3/4/5 star character (~10% for 5, ~33% for 4, ~50% for 3). We've never had one like that before.
More importantly if you scroll though all the character tiers, at the very bottom it shows 2 star Nite Crawler but no odds. I make a single pull (got a 4) but didn't get any Nite Crawler (was hoping each pull would give 1 extra Nite Crawler cover ). Any idea why they show him there when he can't be favorited and there are no odds posted of getting him in this store.

So we assume a 7% chance of landing the new 2* NC that way. Trying to decide if I should burn the 15 cp for getting more shards for my target 4*.
Stores don’t have odds for the last “bucket”. You can look at the other standard stores to see this.
So for this store there are 1:10 odds of getting a 5*, and 1:3 odds of getting a 4*, and 1:2 odds of getting a 3*, but if you don’t get lucky and pull one of those better rewards then you’ll pull a 2… but in this case there’s only one possible 2 to pull: NightcrawlerSM.

Feb 25 store has him moved to 4 star in 80 part vault. Pull 40 for 10k. So worse your spending 20k. To already have him at. 4 star rank
Tempted to pull 40 k. To get 2 of him but then again how many covers would I need to move him to max out rank 4
Though if luck is on my side and I pull him first 40 for 10 k. I may spend the 30k though it will take me years probably to move him from 4 to 5

100% HP bonus, an Ascension store, a new token type, a lot of stuff to absorb today.

Yep, definitely bide time for that vault - I'm thinking the same as you about chasing 2 copies, too. Might result in a bit of buyer's remorse when/if lightning vaults return, but in the long run its an unprecedented 5* for HP opportunity.

Wannabes that get the big boost 6x as often as "real" 5s
(Not 100% sure of the relative frequency, but the 1s are boosted every 4wks (8 chars / 2 boosted per week), way more often than any given 5 is ... (90whatever / 4(?) a week) )
Maybe doing some math can help to decide if it is worth to pull those tokens. Instead of simple percentage I will show what you should (in average) expect from using 3000cp on different tokens.
Latest tokens, 5* release and other 25cp tokens: 120 pulls, 18 5*, 102 4*
Classic tokens, 20cp: 150 pulls, 25 5*, 125 4*
Crawl-Nighter, 15cp: 200 pulls, 20 5*, 67 4*, 100 3*, 13 2*
Moreover percentage of favorites shards is the same for Crawl-Nighter as for latest. So, from 200 pulls you should get 66% more favorite shards than in case of 120 Latest (or similar) tokens. In comparison with classic tokens the 5* shards percentage is doubled (4% for Classics and 8% for Crawl-Nighter) and with more pulls counted you should get 2.6 times more 5* favorite shards from Crawl-Nighter than from Classic for the same amount of spent CPs.
So it is not such a bad type of tokens as it seemed to me on first glance - at least when looking on 5* only. You would get significantly less 4*, but it is partially compensated by lots of 3* (and 100 3* covers can be 33 4* levels when characters are ascended). But, most probably, I'm not going to spent my CPs on those tokens anyway.
Lets count the same values for hypothetical 12 CP price of Crawl-Nighter: 250 pulls, 25 5*, 83 4*, 125 3*, 17 2* 12cp (or any lower) is the price when I would use my CPs on this vault. With lots of favorite shards it would be (for me) a better value than Classic tokens.

Yeah, but at 12cp, it would be too good
It's an interesting proposition, a chance to feed all your higher tiers while also building a new 2*, but they didn't lean toooo heavy on the 2*, wouldn't be attractive as a CP outlet if they had.
