Contact Us - from the Help menu

Options

I reached out to support via the “Contact Us” button via the Help menu back in October and I never got a response. I’m not concerned with the problem/issue any longer, but I’m wondering how to close it out?

I’ll have to reach out to support for swaps soon and I can’t since the “Contact Us” chat field is already filled with text from my last issue, with no replies.

I’m almost certain my last case/issue went nowhere and now I’m just sitting in limbo. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it cleared out?
