Ticket Resubmissions - Please Don't!

    5.10 class of 2022 ended early, when they put up a preview for the repeat event, I filed a ticket Thursday September 28th 2003 hoping for the 25 wins prog reward 5shards I was on track to obtain, (and did obtain for every class of event that ended on time). I'll stop pinging the Help Conversation if that is what is meant by "submit another CS ticket". The help conversation isn't getting closed, I'm not reopening it, but every couple weeks I have been sending a "Checking on status" message. Many customer service systems drop tickets that aren't updated for a couple months.

    In fact, the Devs specifically told me to put in a ticket using the Help system. See here: https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/comment/1021685#Comment_1021685

    Never heard anything back on the ticket. Curious to hear how yours was resolved.
