Newer 3-Star's Health Nerfed

I noticed while playing DDQ that 3-Star Kang's health is nearly half what it used to be (16,213 @ 266). It looks like all the newer 3-Star health is aligned with the rest of the tier.

    Good.
    It was ridiculous.
    I'm guessing it'll be around that mark again when the ascended one hits 370.

    That's weird. It was weird that their health was so high, with no reason given. It's extra weird that they nerfed all their health, with no reason given or notification. I guess it was a bug this whole time?

    Maybe they already had their 370 health put in for the 266s, and never noticed it?

    I suspect they finally noticed when they ascended some characters :)
