Quandary PVE Rewards
Hey there folks, we've seen some confusion on the rewards for the Quandary PVE event. There are NO placement rewards. The rewards themselves are tied to NODE completion.
So just complete each node for your rewards! No need to worry about placement.

I have to say, this is a fun event to me. I'm taking my time to read the story, it's like a more fun puzzle gauntlet. Quandary looks cool too - hi-tech Melania sort of. Nice job!

You know you've done it right when there's forum posts asking "how to beat XYZ". Really liking this mini event

The event is fun. But the nodes without special mechanics are to easy for my roster. I would like more if there were CLx versions, with higher levels of oponents on those nodes with better rewards for CL10.

I found the first round of boss fights to be interesting, but also annoying because there was little to no guidance. The second one at least had some riddle/clues which were fun to figure out.

I like the change but really hated the color changing tiles and collecting different colors. I like puzzle stuff I just don’t want to have to write things down on pen and paper to solve a puzzle for a little bit of ISO. I beat it by cascades but this was not fum

I like the idea, but the rewards are not worth the effort.

Loved this content! Puzzles in puzzle quest? Yes please more!

I must be playing a different quandary event than y’all. Because so far it goes from mostly annoying to wholly infuriating depending on the board I get.
Nothing says fun like spending 10 minutes trying to match the right tile that’s stuck down in the corner, only for that stupid 10-CD tile to go off. Or taking enough chip damage from “Hue Change” because I matched the right color, but I cascaded into five of the wrong ones.
The “puzzles” aren’t hard. Any idiot can solve them. But taking away the ability use to fire powers just makes this game stupid Candy Crush.

Uhhh you're not doing it right. After like...5 matches if there's something near the corner/bottom with no hope of being matched, just restart lol.

You're supposed to lose

yah found using quake (with electro 5 star) really limited the damage to minimal levels(like 1 damage).

I thought the nodes were supposed to reset, get harder each day with better rewards???

So... Annoying, infuriating, stupid... any idiot can solve it...
Yet there are solutions for the issues you specifically mentioned (Quake to reduce the damage to inconsequential for example).
I agree most people should be able to solve the Puzzles... Including the issues you pointed out. Which is why I don't understand calling it simultaneously infuriating and so easy any idiot can solve it.
You don't like it. It's not fun for you. I'm sorry it's not meeting your needs. Others are enjoying it and I hope they don't take your comments to mean you're calling them idiots.

I literally have brain damage and fully completed the event, while distracted by my wife trying to convince me to get another dog... If you're supposed to lose by design, they failed.

For me the R5 Chimichanga is the better reward. I have a R4 and I can't wait to upgrade to a R5. The 40% chance for +2 Red AP and 45% chance for +2 Purple AP when matching Red/Purple is going to make this a must have for ShangChi.
The Power stone is nice only in that virtually none of us have one so it's always cool to add to the collection. But the 9% chance to fire a power for free isn't that game breaking since it's a random power and the rest of the perks are just so-so at the 5* level.

At some point, I'm hoping the devs develop a way to manually rank up supports. But getting a stone is so rare, I'd take my shot at getting a stone and ranking up non-stone supports if it ever becomes available.

It was a joke from the 2nd Anniversary when they released Galactus boss and we were told we were supposed to lose
