    That ending to the first episode was wild. Makes me curious to see where this series is going to go.

    Episode One

    Talos: G'day! Throw a shrimp on the barbie, Skrulls!

    Talos is a Skrull!

    __Maria Hill calls Nick Fury. Nick Fury is dressed as Papa Smurf but not blue._

    Skrull?

    Olivia Coleman: I'm VERY English! Lah de Dah!

    I agree with your run-down @DAZ0273. Very little happening so far after 3 episodes…
    Somewhere someone is paying the legend that is Sam Jackson to dress like a hobo and not really do anything!
    Maybe they just followed him on a recent vacation to London and have cobbled together the footage for the series from that?

    More fool us for thinking they’re actually paying Sam Jackson rates!! This way they get to put all the budget into flashy special effec…. Hmm, nope can’t be that either… [goes back to drawing board]

    This thing has Nick Fury, Maria Hill, Rhodey, Talos, Everett Ross + new characters in Olivia Coleman & Emilia Clark and they have literally done nothing. Every episode, somebody has told Nick Fury that he is a failure/deserves no credit/surplus to requirements and Nick Fury has basically said "Yeah, fine". The main bad guy also has a really weird grimace like he is badly constipated - I can't take him seriously. And yet...

    There have been multiple, noticeable people killed or revealed as Skrulls! Yet I am still bored...how have they managed to achieve this? It doesn't seem possible...

    For what is supposed to be a credible world wide threat it feels more like they are dealing with a stroppy 9 year olds birthday party demands.

    I am sure it will get better...

    Nick Fury taunts the Skrulls as he knows that some of them once got stuck as cows (not from Secret Invasion? Might be. Confession: I haven't watched it yet)

    Zzzzzzzecret Invasion Finale.

    How did they manage to achieve that level of pointless? That made Chasm seem interesting. I am so sad I can't even manage a Nick Fury quote. 😢😢

    Amazingly the series cost 212 million. What an absolute waste of money, time and energy.

    Imagine reading the Secret Invasion comic book storyline and adapting it into...that.

    Can't believe Feige greenlit that.

    That was an incredibly underwhelming finale. 37 minutes? Shortest final episode of any of their shows other than She-Hulk which already had 30 minute episodes anyway. Pretty predictable as the episode went on. I really wish there was more to both the final episodes rather than making them the two shortest in the series. By far and away, for me, their worst show to date.

    *Edit: In response to the comment above mine, I think I remember reading that Feige didn’t want the writers for this to read the Secret Invasion comic since it wasn’t going to be anything at all like it in the show.

    Sounds like a way to ruin the plot of a great comic stroyline.

    Not surprised the Disney + shows have been so terrible that I no longer have any interest. I may check out the first episode but the overall lack of chatter about the show gives me no hope.

    I wonder if Disney is going to turn Marvel around any time soon.
