When you fire blue, the enemy character who is in front at the time becomes the target (as I would expect) so this character can no longer use powers. The blue repeater will damage whichever character is in front each turn. But what I didn't expect is that the repeater disappears when the original target is downed. Any thoughts on whether this is a bug or working as intended?

I'm leaning towards the latter, Valkryie's bounty tile comes to mind for me

Forgive me if someone already said this, but she looks a lot like Jess Bush to me.

Her AoE has been fixed. Now, it deals damage to all enemies. That was quick.

The steps to calculate her AoE damage is

    1) Average match damage x 9 tiles x 300%. This gives the base AoE damage. Look at her teamup damage to find out her average match damage.
    2) Add ability boost % to the above damage = Final AoE damage

Wong's and her boost don't stack. It chooses whatever percentage is higher.

One small note:the figure might be off by a small number because the boost % that we see has been rounded up.

So what's the verdict on Clea? and what build would be recommended?

I would go 5/5/3 for all-out offense and defense. If you are playing against goons, then 3/5/5. The only useful colours are red, blue and green. Stun = not taking damage from stunned opponent, unless they have immunity. Black, yellow and purple are niche. Purple will be useful if you can get her to tank and generate purple ap consistently. 3*SW and Coulson could be useful if you find yourself in that niche situation.

It is Chasm’s nerf? Oh, it isn’t. So who cares.

No, they haven't brought about a balance for that just yet, but frankly the meta mindset just hurts the overall experience anyway. I feel like the dev's thought Hit Monkey was a good enough response? And yet they still haven't fixed his team-up power, so. I can't really disagree with you, but then again I've been jaded against PvP forever anyway.

I'm thoroughly unimpressed with her in PVP with my 272 boosted to 395.
Blue is kinda ok, yellow is useless, Purple is whatever.
I'd say she needs a lot of champ levels if you're running 5s, but even her numbers for the 485 you get in shield training are... Mediocre.
11k on blue is nice but that's it.

Her blue is fantastic if you run her with 5*s. Not easy to get 9 blue though.

An unfortified repeater for 9 blue, fantastic is bit much of a praise.

Not blaming anyone specifically, but another useless 4* if you are well into 5* land. I can't imagine ever running her outside of required. She might have a great blue, but don't see why I would ever bring her to a meta fight.

Agreed, but isn't that to be expected? I'm also well into 5* land and I don't think we're the target audience for new 4*s.

I'm in an interesting place roster wise - I have about 25 5-star champs, but I took a pretty long break and I'm well behind the meta. Thor, Okoye, and Kitty are the only 5s I have that are considered high tier for PVP. I'm getting absolutely spanked on the regular by Mighty Thor, Shang Chi, Riri, and I learned very early in my return to avoid Chasm at all costs. Feels like there's absolutely nothing I can do against these characters once the AI gets the right cascade....which it feels like they ALWAYS get.

EDIT: There's also all these frickin "zombie" characters now that get back up after being downed!

I understand that I won't be using her in PVP outside of this event, but boy is this the most fun that I've had in PVP in a loooooong time. Her ability to just tell these characters, "Yeah, you're not doing that anymore" has been a game changer. As a non-jaded 5-star player, I absolutely love her.

Exactly. Every now and then I hope that one comes along that is interesting or fun to play with my 5s. Still use Pol/Grocket with 5Kitty and that's about it. Others swear by Gorr or AC or Karnak, but I find using a different 5 is much better than any of those three with my play style.

Edited: No idea why two sentences are in italics. Not trying to emphasize anything specific. I checked and no code is in there to italicize them that I can see.

When you use 5* or whatever twice it italicize the words in-between.

I think she is on OK 4 but she will have used in the 5* tier. Her event has been interesting so far and I think she has a place on teams with great pairs that have no damage reduction.
I popped her blue and laughed at mockingbird when her countdowns expired.
I want to test her on other characters but it appeared to me when the target was down the countdown resolved, so no revive interference.

I like her just because she shuts down Crystal's annoying health regen in the Clea pvp. They need to give her blue power to 5* Emma and get rid of Emma's current purple.
