FYI Just after midnight here, played with Storm (Mohawk) and recieved a token for the Better Half Vault.
Same. Waiting for the vault to go live, it's currently post-event.

I don’t pay attention to things all the time and got a token for using Hawkeye in DDQ and thought it was a vault that had already come and gone cuz mine was post event as well. Good to see that I haven’t lost my mind since I never remembered seeing said vault previously.
At some point people should stop being surprised. Tokens going out before the actual vault appears have been a thing for months now.
I think what’s happening is that tokens change/flip with your personal daily reward timing, but they have to start them somewhere so it’s just midnight of the day they “begin”. But vaults themselves usually go live around the 9am PST just like most things/offers/deals, with what I assume is a regular daily data push.
And yes, since it’s almost Valentine’s Day, the “better half” title refers to one side of couples from all the boosted characters this week. I’m assuming we’ll get the official list of token characters probably at 9am also with a Daily News item.
We never got official info about there being a black history month vault, though.

Those are the only item I don't need, but the only item I want.
Crystal is my pocket go to and anything to get her in line with my higher level characters is desired.
She is a top tier third and works well with so many characters it's unreal.
I also need Crystal shards plus Jessica shards (I have her at 12 covers so 250 will almost complete her)
I bought a 10 pack and got the Crystal shards so that was the higher priority. Hope to get the Jessica shards from the earnable tokens.

Seeing how such earned tokens are getting more common, it reminds me of feedbacks from players about "sending" their unused rosters to "hunt" for rewards. I suppose this is the closest to fulfilling that request.
Nothing interesting pops up for me in this vault though.
I got them so Crystal is 210 shards from being fully covered and champable.

Crystal is definitely a top tier 3rd character, everything she does is useful for most teams, abd she only interferes in a meaningful with a very few partners (e.g. halfthor).
I remember starting a thread over whether or not chase her or save up for next LT pool, which was back just before we started getting fixed 5* rewards from boss events. I ended up getting her baby champed and definitely have 0 regrets. A great value-add option for pick3, and strong enough to be the main player when boosted.
