Colors of Mana, bottom node, green effect sometimes not triggering [Investigating]

Haven't been able to find any kind of pattern yet but I've had at least 2 times now in only 2 games where I made a green gem match with my swap and the last card in my hand did not get a cost reduction. I have also seen it work correctly, but I'm not sure if that was a green match by swap or from falling gems.

This video is from the first turn on my first game. I made a green match with my swap which should have reduced the cost of my last card by 4 (Garruk CH has +4 green bonus) but only the first 2 cards got the 11 cost reduction. This video was also taken on my first turn; the cascade gave me an extra swap so I could see my hand on the same turn.

edit: I also found this old thread that looks related but not much info to work with there https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/84682/colors-of-magic-mana-cost-reduction

Thank you for posting this, I thought I was losing my mind. Part of the problem was that I wasn't paying close enough attention to my swaps.  There were several times where I thought I had made a green match and yet the cost on the last card in my hand hadn't been reduced. I chalked it up to being mistaken about the green match and paid attention to the opponent's swap.  When they made a green match, I saw that the animation seemed to indicate something happening on the last card in hand, so I again thought I wasn't paying close enough attention.

The invoke despair at the bottom of my hand did not get the cost reduction from my green match, but the black match directly after did trigger the black effect.
Kind of hard to play an event effectively when key parts of it do not work right.
