Colors of Magic mana cost reduction

Is the mana cost reduction in the Colors of Mana event supposed to only trigger on the first match of the turn? Because that is what I'm getting, whereas the other effects are triggering on every match. I can't see this discrepancy on the description, so it would seem like a bug.

It looks like the descriptions of the event supports have changed.  Here's what they said last time the event ran:

As far as I can tell the supports are working according to the old descriptions, not the new ones.
